I called yesterday and they came out the next day. At least 6 dogs have had play time upstairs.Carpet was pretty dirty. Carpet looks fabulous now. Kings carpet is on my A1 list. I will only use them in the future. Thank you Doug !

King's Carpet deep cleans our carpets twice a year for us, and each time the carpet looks great! Always efficient, great pricing, and excellent services- we will definitely continue using King's for our carpet cleaning.

Best customer service anywhere. I had a last minute request to get a rug cleaned before Christmas-- and it was one that had been in a "puppy room" -- with lots of "accidents". The job was done promptly for a reasonable price, delivered as promised, and the 20 year old rug looks literally as good as new and smells fresh to boot. I know where to go any time I need a carpet cleaned.

Was very disappointed in the results of our couch cleaning. They didn’t do a complete job for what was an outrageous price($350). We've had our carpets cleaned by them for much cheaper with far better results. Very, very disappointed. Needless to say, we wont be using them again.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I’m so impressed!! I Couldn’t believe how clean our carpets came out! Doug came to do the job and he worked so hard! I’m not sure if he was standing for long after he left?! We live in the country and as everyone knows things get dirty. We had our carpet, area rugs, and some upholstery done. I questioned if some of the areas in our carpet would get clean because it had been so long since we’ve had the carpets done, But they did! Thank you Doug for doing such a great job!

We just had Doug with King's Carpet out last week to clean our carpets; he always does a great job, getting out hard to remove stains leaving the carpets looking new! Doug is professional and trustworthy. Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I think 1 star is GENEROUS. Worker showed up in a dilapidated truck that was unmarked. The carpets were left wet and the whole time performing services tried to upsell me and my family. I think because we refused additional services he tried to upsell he did a really poor job. Carpets STILL two weeks later smell as if they had never been cleaned. Overall a really poor experience and charged extra because we did not want to zelle him and wanted to pay by card. Take this as your warning and do not utilize Kings services. Horrible experience and definitely would not recommend their service to anyone.

This is the best!! I have been using them for years and the carpet is always beautiful. Recently we had an accident in the house, blood all over the bedroom floor. Doug rearranged his schedule to come that day and took care of it.

Literally our carpet looks like the day it was installed. Very impressed and certainly better than our experience with the big chain everyone knows. Will gladly use again.

I have been using King's Carpet Cleanaing for over 25 years! This company is truly the best. Doug always provides top notch service and uses the very best and safest carpet cleaning products. My carpets always look new after a Kings carpet cleaning service and any spots (and we have 3 dogs so there A LOT sometimes) are gone and don't return! I highly recommend this company!

Doug & King’s Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning 4 area rugs for me! I had initially planned to just get two done that I recently bought second hand and wanted washed before we used them. When he dropped them off he did such a lovely job that I sent two others we’ve always had with him to get washed too.

The fringes came back whiter, the colors renewed to be vibrant, old stains in the 2nd hand ones reduced in visibility to a great degree… all in all a wonderful service and quality for a fair price.

The pick up / drop off service is so handy, and the quoted turn around time of 7-10 days was accurate.

Doug was a joy to speak with through the whole process, as well, and I appreciated him telling me about his background & training with these sorts of textiles… definitely helped me feel they’d be in good, knowledgeable hands.

I strongly recommend King’s Carpet Cleaning for cleaning your Persian, Egyptian, Kazakh, and other area rugs and carpets!
