Can’t say enough good things about “Bella View” Landscaping.” One of a kind business that takes great pride in what they do. If you’re looking to have landscaping done right the first time, forget the rest “Bella View” is head and shoulders above the rest and are the best!!

I read the reviews for this service and was so excited because finding a good landscaping partnership can be hard.

Things started out well and I was very excited to work with this company, but then they ghosted me and never offered a bid. When I followed up to see what had happened, again no response.

Foolishly I had stopped reaching out to other landscapers because of how good the reviews were on this one, so now I’m in a lurch of having time sensitive work to do. That’s exactly why I’m writing this review: I don’t relish leaving feedback, but hope it helps others avoid my mistake of getting too excited by a bunch of reviews and forgetting to continue lining up backups.

The stars that I am giving are because I’m sure that once you’ve signed a contract with this group the work would be good. Juan had really great ideas for my home when he visited and I was excited to see them come to life. So clearly there’s skill here, but like most contractors right now I’m sure they’re underwater trying to keep up with demand. My request in that case: please just directly let people know you wont be able to work with them.

I would highly recommend Bella View Landscape. Juan, and his son and brother ,and the rest of the crew did a great job on my new front yard not only did they installed Irrigation System and laid new sod Juan had his brother meet me at the nursery ( Delta Tree Lodi ) to help me pick out the proper flowers and trees and bushes my knowledge of this was not very good and Juan want to make sure my yard looked perfect.they work fast and clean and pay special attention to detail.I also want to thank Juan for finding me a Mexican Palm tree but not just finding it but came back a week later and planted it this is going above and beyond.
If you want a job well done and a company who really cares about their customers you should call BELLA VIEW LANDSCAPE.

I highly recommend Bella View Landscape. In our backyard, they removed old concrete, installed new pavers, concrete, grass, and plants, fixed our uneven elevation and installed new irrigation and drainage. They have very reasonable prices, excellent communication, and a very skilled crew that produced high quality landscaping. We appreciated their expert input on the design and we could not be happier with the results. Great company to work with.

Bella View completely landscaped our front yard, including a new driveway, front porch, pathways, irrigation, drainage, hardscape, plant installation including a beautiful rock stream bed. They also freshened up our backyard with a matching addition to our pool deck, completely new drainage system, and new plants.

Juan, his son and the rest of the crew work very diligently to give you the landscaping you want. They were experts in advising us of methods to improve our vision of the project. We were amazed that our front and backyard was completed to our specifications in less than two weeks!

From our initial consultation until the completion of the major overhaul of our front and backyards, we were absolutely impressed with the professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic of Bella View Landscape! They are truly MASTER CRAFTSMEN! Juan assisted with creative ideas to enhance our yard and explained each step of the way. He also made sure that we were entirely pleased as the project proceeded. It was a fabulous experience!!!

We replaced the concrete patio, driveway, lawns, sprinkler systems, trees, fences, and plants. We added brick stairs and walkway, decomposed granite, mow strips, lighting fixtures, and three new custom made trellis'/arbors. In addition, they dug up our old existing water and sewage lines that we needed to replace. And then, because they are so wonderful, we had them build a custom storage shed! They started on March 25 and finished on April 17... only taking Sundays off. They were extremely professional, showing up on time and working so very hard! Our neighborhood has all commented about how dedicated the entire crew was... and complimented the beautiful end product.

Needless to say, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bella View Landscape!

My backyard needed a complete overhaul. It needed new irrigation, new sod, and the drainage that was in place wasn’t working. I contacted a few local companies for estimates and Juan responded immediately and came out the next day. I was immediately impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. He immediately saw what the problem was with the drainage in the backyard and had suggestions for what would work.

Juan’s crew were able to start work earlier than expected so the drainage problem would be fixed before the first rain of the season and the project would be complete before Thanksgiving . They also replaced the whole irrigation system in the back and replaced the old sprinklers and broken pipes with new low flow water saving sprinklers. A concrete mow strip was poured around the grass area. They also ripped out all the dead grass and weeds and brought in new dirt and tilled it in before laying sod. Throughout the project, Juan kept me updated with the process and answered any questions. I now have green grass, sprinklers that work and a yard that doesn’t flood! Juan’s crew were absolute professionals and I am pleased with the work. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, and cleaned up the site before leaving each day. I would not hesitate to hire them again if needed.

We found Bella View Landscapers through Yelp, and saw that every single job they'd done received 5 stars. Now that our project is complete, it is no doubt why they get such great reviews. They really go above and beyond for the customer, and we wish we could give them more than 5 stars!

On the original walkthrough, Juan listened to our ideas and also made some great suggestions, helping us come up with a plan. We signed the contract and selected a start date, then were happily surprised when they asked if they could start ahead of schedule.

Our project was a complete overhaul of the back yard. Every day the crew was prompt and courteous. At the end of their shifts, they left our property clean and tidy - - so much that my neighbors gave compliments! For our project, Bella View fixed some major drainage problems we've been dealing with for years and installed all new irrigation. Our recent rainy weekend proved that all of those issues are resolved - - no more flooded patios! They replaced the gates, built two new raised flowerbeds, and cleaned up our existing raised flowerbeds. My personal favorite parts of the project are the new concrete paths and the trees they planted with a deep-watering system.

When the project was complete, Bella View left me with a yard that was exactly what I wanted; the "clean slate" I've dreamed about! We could not be happier! We highly recommend Bella View Landscaping!

I would highly recommend this landscaping company to anyone that needs work done. In the future when I have more projects they will be the only company I work with.

When I first had Juan come out to do a bid on the job, I gave him the full scope of the project we had in mind. Preciously I had other companies come out and bid different parts of the job separately and was just looking to have Bella View do a small concrete retaining wall.

Juan took the time to hear me out and fully understood what I needed to accomplish. He came up with a better solution than the previous bids (I wouldn’t have to dig up half my backyard) and ended up saving me thousands of dollars.

They were very professional and friendly to work with. I’d recommend this company for all your landscaping needs.

My husband and I interviewed three landscape companies. We chose Bella View without hesitation due to Juan’s ideas, suggestions and his expertise. He also suggested fixing our drainage system for a better foundation for our landscaping. We had explained to him the problem with water standing in our yard and under our house. Our drainage system was old and inadequate. I keep thinking about the other two landscaping companies not even addressing the issue and putting in new landscaping with old drainage problems which would have ultimately ended up being money wasted.

Juan and his crew worked hard and professionally. Juan came up with great ideas to enhance our landscape design, suggested a harmony of beautiful plants, stylish concrete paths and patio and built a beautiful pergola. Juan and his team were reliable and at the end of the day, they cleaned up and couldn’t even tell they were here. They can do it all. I am just sorry I ordered a kitchen online instead of having the Bella View Team build it.

Juan and his team were amazing. He saw my vision for my backyard and made it better than I could have imagined. His prices were great, and he started right away. My husband and I are so pleased with our backyard renovation. After choosing Bella View, Juan worked with us to bring our vision to life, he suggested ideas to modernize it and keep it simple.

The crew worked very hard from start to finish. In eight days our backyard was transformed. Our project included new drainage system, new irrigation for lawn and flower beds, new sod, assortment of plants and shrubs, river rock, flagstone stepping stones, new concrete mow strips, and new stamped concrete patio.

I hired Bella View to install sod and a few cement boarders for it. I have to say after all the years of construction projects I’ve done to my yard or house this was the least stressful and the happiest results I’ve ever had.
They started and finished on time. They were respectful of my property. They completed everything I asked for even any additional oddball requests. They cleaned up afterwards, even my driveway and I have to say most landscapers have left many messes for me so this is definitely appreciated.
I felt their pricing was reasonable and they left their contact for any follow-ups I may need and advice to keep the lawn thriving.
Can I also say I was never asked to leave a review? I hate being pressured to leave reviews.
