Bella View Landscape was recommended to me by a neighbor. They did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations.

Pre-Job:
From the outset they were very responsive and I felt listened to. They were able to meet with me and consult on my project as soon as I reached out to them. I appreciated that they were able to provide a plan that was within my original budget, while still meeting all the preferences I laid out. By the following morning they had provided a detailed site drawing, proposal, and work order that was ready for me to sign.

During:
After approving the work order, they were able to mobilize to the site and begin work the following day. The crew was very communicative with any questions or suggestions. As someone who supervises a construction team, I was impressed by how hard they worked to make sure they were delivering a finished project that they could be proud of.

Post-work:
They did a final site inspection with me and provided me with tips and recommendations for long-term maintenance and care, and they cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I absolutely recommend them, and will be using them for any projects I have in the future.

After getting a puppy we discovered that a few changes needed to be made to back yard. Artificial turf because of “yellow spots” 🤨, all access to dirt had to be eliminated from digging opportunity 🤨, a gate was needed to keep mutt from escaping, and a water feature was needed to replace a tall 3 tiered 7 piece fountain that could be toppled by a grown dog. But everything had to look great, the turf had to look real, the gate had to be solid. Everything turned out great! We even got another puppy. They love it. So do the neighbors. Some warned us that we may find them sitting out there with a glass of wine some evening. ☺️ Thank you Juan and devoted skilled workers.

We chose Bella View to update our well maintained, but tired, 30+ year old driveway and front yard based on landscapingn they had completed in our neighborhood. Juan and his team were professional, courteous, diligent and timely. They rebuilt a fence, installed stamped concrete driveway and walkways, drought resistant plants/flowers/trees, drip irrigation, rock design and lighting. We're pleased with the end result!

Phenomenal! Juan and his son were very professional and knowledgeable about how we can make my backyard livable. My yard was severely overgrown with foxtails and the ground was uneven. Juan was able to take one look at my yard and notice major problems that can do damage to my property. In 2 days him and his team reconstructed my yard adding drainage leading to the street, pavers and turf. They are fast and efficient ensuring no step were skipped. The price is reasonable, especially for the quality of work they perform. I am thrilled to have pride in my yard again and highly recommend to anyone looking. Thank you, Bella View Landscape.

Juan and his team at Bella View are excellent at what they do. I had a rough idea of what I wanted for my front yard and Juan was able to make suggestions that made it even better. He has a great eye for design, unlike me. He was courteous of my budget and offered alternatives. He even took care of my neighbor when there was an overgrowth of plants between our property lines and replaced/repotted the plants for us. I know close to nothing about landscaping and he always took the time to explain everything to me. Can’t say enough about working with Juan on a backyard renovation. We have lived in our home for 28 years and the yard was worn out. We had previously worked with landscape architects but they didn’t seem to “click” with us, so we kept putting things off. We had some other contractors visit and asked us what we wanted, but we weren’t exactly sure. Juan with Bella View put us at ease, understood how to find compromises when my spouse and I differed, and executed a stunning design. We had friends visit today and they started applauding when they saw the finished backyard. We trusted Juan’s judgment, he was patient when we hemmed and hawed when it was time to make some decisions, and willingly accepted some changes. He also suggested some additions to the project that were well worth the additional time and nominal expense. Juan’s crew was hard working, respectful, wore company shirts. From electrical to carpentry, fencing, welding, concrete, irrigation and drainage improvements, he did it all. His communication with us was excellent and he charged a fair price. We are very happy that we chose Bella View to do the complete landscaping of our front yard. We wanted to replace our driveway, lawn and everything and start from scratch. In addition to a great job on the driveway replacement, we wanted a new lawn, mow strips around our tree, lots of plants and a dry creek bed on our side yard. We needed new sprinklers and also wanted a paver patio near the front of our house. Juan was great to work with and he was meticulous with work in every aspect of the project. He and his crew were always on time, worked hard and completely cleaned up at each stage. Juan actually went above and beyond and delivered even more than promised. Again, we are so lucky to have found Bella View when we first decided to do this complete project to transform our front yard. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Juan and Bella View for any project.

Juan and his team came in to do my backyard about 2 weeks ago. Bella View does everything you need, grading, fencing, concrete, sod, plants. They had to grade the yard which was really hard dirt and they knocked that out in only a couple of days. The fence they built is very sturdy and looks very good. They added concrete to our existing concrete to expand our sitting areas and built an amazing fire pit to match the color of our house. They were able to finish the whole project in a little over two weeks with coordination with my husband and I to give us exactly what we wanted! Quality work, timely finish and great customer service. Would definitely recommend Bella View Landscaping to anyone looking for a backyard makeover!

I highly recommend Bella View. Juan and his crew have been amazing. They did two projects for us to complete our backyard and courtyard.

First project done in 2023. We had them extend our driveway, install pavers, and install artificial turf. This was the first phase as I didn't have a complete vision of what I wanted my landscape to be at the time, but we needed the turf and pavers since we had nothing (bought a new build). Communication was very easy to schedule a consultation and to get a quote. Once they started the work, it was full steam ahead. From my memory, it took Juan and his crew around 3-ish weeks to finish the first phase. Everyone was hard-working and his crew always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Juan and his son, Santiago, were our main points of contact and were on-site for everything. They were very responsive to any concerns we had during the project.

Second project literally just finished. It took two years for me to figure out what I wanted (but hey, I had a toddler and I had a new baby). Juan and Santiago came out for our second consultation and quote. What I appreciated was that they still had notes from our previous encounter and confirmed all measurements this second time around. We wanted them to install a seating retaining wall with planter space behind it. We also had them clear out our north-side area of the backyard and put gravel (plan is to maybe put in a pool or structure, but I have committed to that idea yet). Lastly, they also finished off our courtyard with a seating retaining wall and planter. They finished this project in 11 days (but really 8 since we waited for a second shipment of bricks). Victor was the main person on site for us this time around, but Juan and Santiago were our main contacts. I was able to send them a wishlist of plants I wanted for the landscape and they were able to source everything I wanted, plus they added other plants based on their professional opinion (which I always appreciate). This project went smoothly as well and I am now loving my backyard and courtyard space. Just in time for warm weather fun!

Bella View is worth the investment. Sure, you can always shop around for the cheapest bidder, but for such a large investment, it's worth it to go with a trusted company. They are licensed, and provide a warranty for the work that they do.
