Wanted to provide a solid review for Chris. I guess Chris is a family friend recommended by my mom. If any of you know my mom, she only deals with people she can trust and are reliable and dependable. Chris is all that and his work is done with integrity, no short cuts. Like actually, I don't want to buy another washer, $1500 bucks. Like who as $1500 for a new washer?
Nobody.
Maybe you do and if so please please please reach out to Chris to fix any appliance. He comes highly decorated and recommended. He is an awesome honest person. Doing his best with best he has to offer and that is no bs. Who wants to deal with those bs'ers?

And just like that my $1500 Samsung fancy washer is working again. And literally just after the warranty expired.

This place outsources the work. They got a repairman out and he fixed my issues.

Always late. Not professional. Pay attention to the reviews. Only good reviews are posted by the repairman him self. Waited a month for him to not show up.

Had circuit boards go out in my Refrigerator. Beach Cities was fast and professional. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue once the replacement parts arrived. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Called for help with replacing some lost freezer door screws and the lovely gentleman took a few min and helped me troubleshoot and ID replacements even though he knew it wasn't going to make him any money. Will definitely call these guys if I ever need appliance work done. Highly recommend - great service

Chris himself answered my call and made time that same day to repair our washing machine. He returned with the parts when he said he would and now my machine is fixed. So glad we found him. We will definitely call him again with our appliance concerns. Thanks Chris.

Liar and a thief look at his Yelp reviews. He will give you the run around, try to make you feel sorry for him etc. I paid him for a job in May never even finished the job. Here we are in July I posted a bad review and now he wants to “refund” I don’t care about a refund maybe he needed it more than me and my family.

(Update he replied in 15 mins after this review, but still has yet to refund this is since May)

Such an amazing company! Chris fixed my dishwasher and my washer and dryer quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using him for all my appliance repairs from now on.

My technician Chris came out and was a pleasure to have work on my washer and my dryer. He was very consistent and professional with accurate rival dates and times. If I ever need any washing machine services done, this is my go to guy.

I Highly recommend Chris at Beach Cities. Appliance Repair. I have used him several times. He is Brilliant at fixing all of my appliances as well as Plumbing too!! The guy is just an extreme Wizard and Genius all wrapped up in one!!! He is also very Honest as well as Very reasonably priced!!!

Chris did a outstanding job on arriving on time and along with trouble shooting and repairing my Frigidaire upright freezer issue with not freezing within 30 minute, he was very curtious,knowledgeable in his job.While performing my repair he very good housekeeping skills once completed and his cost were very reasonable for my budget.
I will definitely recommend him to my association along with my HOA as the president. I was very impressed with his work.

I’m going to have to say Chris is great at what he does . And I know this post is long overdue ; better late than never .
Our dryer is over 20 years old so it has its moments and we know who to call every time to come get it back up and running .
