My Mom was frustrated to find someone trustworthy to repair her dryer and washing machine. I had to help her find someone and the search wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. There were so many repairers out there but I really needed to find the right one for Mom. Chris (owner) with Beach Cities Appliance Repair And Service was the right person I picked after talking to a few ones. He gave me trust, he understood the situation and came along with the right equipment to do the job. He’s a true hardworking man, very professional and his price was very reasonable. Mom kept his business card ‘cause she would not like anyone else to come to her house to fix any appliances than Chris.

Came in for repair promised the world, took money and never replied. He’s going to reply to this saying he refunded me. It was only $100 I’m not going to lie about $100. It’s the principle and he DID NOT refund or take accountability. Look at the prior reviews. He replies a year later saying he paid. His newer reviews seem to be better hoping he finally learned his lesson you can do business like that. Coming from a business owner as well.

Chris was absolutely fantastic. He came on New Year’s Eve, quickly identified our appliance problem, knew how to fix it, and quickly fixed it. He was professional, courteous, and very kind. And his price was very reasonable.

He came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem with our old dishwasher, fixed it, and cleaned everything up -- all quickly and efficiently and for what seemed a very reasonable price.
