Eco Renovate Pros handled the general contracting for our home renovation which included adding a new bathroom, new plumbing, new electrical, re-roofing, refinishing the hardwood floors, replacing the kitchen countertops, adding a dishwasher, and painting the house (interior and exterior). Isaac was very on top of organizing the sub-contractors and kept work on schedule. Renderings for the new bathroom were provided to us and the finished bathroom looks exactly like the renderings. We stayed in the home for about 90% of the time during the renovation and Isaac was able to minimize the impact of construction on us. Any issues or questions we had, Isaac was able to respond quickly and to our satisfaction. Overall, I would recommend Eco Renovate Pros for their professionalism and high quality of work.

They helped me design plans for my dream home, created 3D color renders, and then brought the images to life, more beautiful than ever. They helped me order top quality finishes like my windows, glass railing, engineered hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, and tile. I hired Mr. Paul and his crew to do a seismic retrofit and I cannot say enough nice things about them. The knowledge of the team was truly a value add to the overall success of our build-out project. Timely, professional, clean, and I was quoted a fair price. I ended up choosing Hutcherson Construction because I trusted Paul and he came highly recommended.

After several estimates, we hired Paul and his crew to redo a remodel that we tried to save money on but fell apart, in addition to a complete luxury bathroom remodel with fine materials and foundation work. Mr. Hutcherson gave us an accurate estimate regarding what the projects would cost and what to expect. He is very knowledgeable and to the point about what our needs were and happily explains everything in layman’s terms to people like me who don’t understand everything, I was very worried about being taken advantage of by another contractor since our home is considered high end, but I trust Hutcherson construction completely with any future work after this wonderful experience. Overall, he and his team did an amazing job on our home and within the time frame he allotted and listened to our ideas and wants. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and care in which his work is done and his company is run. I highly recommend him for any job.

One of the best experiences working with a knowledgeable and experienced contactor. Paul was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I was looking to install French drains at in investment property and reached out to a number of contractors. He provided effective and efficient communication at every stage of the process, including walking me through exactly what his crew would get completed on a daily basis. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and high quality craftmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his amazing crew for any high level projects you’re looking to get done.

AMAZING WORK!!! Paul redid my bathroom and built an exterior wall along my property. Not only was he amazing to work with, his team was spot on, responsible, incredibly detailed, and worked flawlessly.

We did encounter some hiccups and delays along the way (part of any job right?), but Elias was responsive and always made sure we were satisfied. Elias eased my fears. I had recently gone through three contractors— all did terrible jobs, failed to complete the work they collected funds for and qualify as nightmare contractors. With so much stress and complaints to the boards, my home sat idle but the idea of allowing another contractor into my home was even more terrifying. Elias was referred to me by a friend and he proved to be honest, trustworthy, efficient and professional. My nervous system was finally at ease. He came by regularly to follow up, they started the job and did not stop until it was completed. I can’t even begin to express how glad and satisfied I am with the quality of their work and equally important if not more— the work ethics these guys demonstrated. I wish I had met them at the start of my project! The amount of headaches, legal leg work and loss funds I could have avoided. But as Elias said to me - “we’re here now” and I can finally proceed with the rest of my project knowing there are actually good construction companies out there!
