From breaking one of our power poles, Damaged my Mustang, ac and home antenna and lied about it. Sill waiting for respond from companies to pay for damages.

Very professional company. They replaced a large underground electrical vault next to my business in Los Angeles. They kept the area clean and maintained safe access to my business.

Company works in a very professional manner. Good work, and great hustle from what I see. Used to be in the same type of business, but different company. The traffic on Willow is terrible from the project but yet again, when isnt it terrible. Good job guys keep up the good work.

My condo complex' main sewage pipe was cracked and leaking. The WAR finished the job on time, under budget, and kept our association in touch through out the job. I whole heartedly recommend them. Keep up the good work!

The work trucks for this company do not wait for ambulances. This shows a very questionable attitude towards safety for themselves and others. Very unprofessional. I believe the work truck number was 1099 but I could be wrong on that. This incident occurred in upland off Campus.

Terrible company doing work for the city, while they are on projects, road conditions are awful and dangerous, signage, barriers, cleanliness, trench covering, and paving are all done with no regard for the public or their safety, this company has had casualties for negligence, because production matters more then the safety of their employees, their regard for safety is non existent, when I informed them of my vehicle being damaged and submitting proof of what happened and what caused it they just ignored it and said for me to submit a claim to the city, no accountability and no pride in their work.

Seneca and entire crew did a fabulous job remodeling my bathroom/kitchen area. They were courteous, clean, professional and tolerated my 4 dogs. The plumber (guardian plumbing) and electrician (new light electrical) were also fabulous. I could not be happier with my experience. Reliable and reasonable price, and finished on time. Ivan and his team were excellent and professional. They completely renovated my main bath. Now showering is like being at the spa. Beautiful tile work by Robert. All the guys were hardworking and knowledgeable.

It took about 3 months to put my downstairs and upstairs bathroom back together after a flood. There was not one single day Seneca did not take excellent care in all aspects of this project, always came to work on time, offered suggestions when needed, listened to every detail of what I envisioned and Ivan called me back ASAP every single time with questions or plan changes that needed to be made. The work done was top of the line and they went above and beyond my expectations. Ivan and his crew were great. I originally had them remodel my bathroom and converted an enclosed porch to a usable office/bedroom. Ivan was professional, easy to talk to and responded promptly to questions, concerns and issues. He offered good ideas and suggestions, but always left the decision up to me. The guys were punctual, courteous and always left the work area clean. The floors and furniture were always protected. I enjoyed the whole process.
I was so thrilled the way the bathroom and office turned out that when I decided to remodel the kitchen and living room (only a few months later) Seneca Contracting was the only company I wanted to call.
The kitchen was opened up to the living room by removing a load bearing wall and enlarged the kitchen a little. I now have a huge island with a lot of storage and bar stools. My kitchen is a real show place now. I couldn’t be happier with how my whole house turned out. In addition they enclosed my porch off the kitchen and made a laundry room so I could bring the washer and dryer out of the garage. Best idea ever. I now have a new small deck off the living room too. Everyone that has come over loves my kitchen/living room too.They also refaced my outdated fireplace.
