This is the second time I've used James and he is fantastic -- prompt, friendly, yet extremely efficient. Best carpet cleaner I've ever had, and that's saying a lot since I've probably had carpet cleaned through the years by at least 10 or 15 different companies. He'll be my "go to" guy from now on.

we've been working with Millennium carpets since we purchased carpeting for our new home more than 4 years ago. They have been great. Always show up on time, good communication before and follow-up afterwords. We've had some pet stains that i haven't been able to get rid of with a normal spot cleaner that they always get when they are here. Thank you for always doing a great job!

James and his crew have worked miracles on my couch. I have two young children who think my couch is a napkin and a tissue, spill milk, juice, cheerios, you name it. I've had Millennium Carpet come twice now and both times its like having a new couch again! I highly recommend them. So much smarter than buying new furniture and no more embarrassment when guests come over! For the quality and courteous service their prices just can't be beat!

I called him on Tuesday, got a call right back and by Thursday morning he was here and did a fantastic job in my kitchen and bathroom floors. Outstanding professional service. Don’t use anyone who uses the standard wand extraction. All it does is make mud and does not deep clean your carpet. You’re left with 1/2 cleaned carpet and they’re leaving with easy $. James uses a Rotovac carpet cleaner, which is vastly superior to the wand. Your carpet will be cleaner for no more money. I told James that he’s my guy for all carpet and flooring.
