Zero stars. Service was so bad I've decided to leave my first review. Made an appointment over the phone and person was kind. No one showed up for the appointment, however. 20 minutes past the appointment window we called again to check on the status. We were informed the electrician stated the home was unsanitary and unsafe so no work was done. This was a lie as no one came to our home. Either the electrician decided lying was easier than declining a job, or this company is a sham front. As a result we wasted the day waiting for a no show electrician, our power outage continues and we are in search of a new electrician service. We'd recommend heavily to not engage their services.

Recently, I decided to put the recessed lights in the living room, and these people were fantastic. They assisted me on how to get the correct light, which installed all within a short time and ensured they got the correct look. The people working with animals were extremely nice and the whole area was very clean. Now my living room has this great modern feel with beautiful lighting. They changed it completely and I couldn’t be happier, really! I personally highly recommend them.

Multiple follow-up calls and texts asking for a reason for my cancellation, an attempted upsell on some “premium service plan”, and I’ve even been put on an SMS marketing list with periodic “PSAs” about REGIONAL POWER STABILITY ALERTS or FLOOD WARNINGS, call now to schedule a “free electrical inspection to reduce failure risk”.

Don’t trust the wall of glowing reviews. I should have trusted my gut about the cartoonishly fake business name to begin with.

The electrician and his apprentice were great. I got them to do a few jobs and they were nothing but excellent. Would recommend.
