To do a small construction job based on yelp reviews 15 years ago and have trusted him with construction projects big and small (including two additions) ever since. He is a perfectionist, he cares that you’re happy with the work, and his team is the best in the business. What I like best about him though is his kind and fun personality. We spent lots of mornings sharing coffee in construction zones, and while I’m glad my home projects are done (and done well), I miss my morning coffee with someone who has become a friend.

Ben was a dream contractor! Great communication, good suggestions along the way and awesome workmanship from people that work/contract with him.

Coastal Home Construction did such a great job of
putting my home back together after a leaky roof damaged my floors and ceiling. The crew was on-time, respectful of property, and even helped put everything back in place. Very reasonably priced. Loved this crew and company!

I hired Sheena and Fabiano to design and build a new kitchen for our Long Beach condo which was 50 years old. I can’t believe how great it looks with new blue cabinets, quartz countertop and gold fixtures. It looks so nice I had them remodel both bathrooms including converting a tub/shower into a walk in shower. Everything went smoothly and I recommend them whole heartedly.

Fabiano and his team did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel. I had outdated cabinets/flooring was falling apart due to improper water proofing and years of foot traffic as well as paint/popcorn ceiling from the 90’s, coastal home came in and in a matter of 3 weeks give or take they transformed my kitchen. Communication every step of the way i cannot recommend this company enough.

I'm grateful that Fabiano took my small job to replace a wood porch post as a preventative measure, due to active termite damage. It didn't look like much from the outside, but the buggers ate through the post's inside to the top end where it connects to the wood beam.

Fabiano and his crew oversaw a major remodel at our townhouse (new floors, whole house painting, primary bathroom remodel, and much more). The services of his interior design partner, Sheena, were included in the bid, and we loved having a one-stop shop for design and construction. Sheena understood our taste and sensibilities and saved us a lot of time by sending us options for vanities, sink fixtures, light fixtures, sconces, etc. Based on the results, I'd give Coastal Home Construction my highest recommendation. They were extremely mindful of our budget and great at advising us on trade-offs between different solutions. Fabiano is an exceptional project manager and kept everything on track, despite some bumps in the road (e.g. a delayed city inspection). He also was a helpful advisor for other vendors we brought in for work outside his scope. Fabiano is personable and easy to work with — and quickly responds to texts and phone calls.

Coastal Home Construction recently completed the installation of a Timbertech deck and connecting porch (23'x10' and 7'x7') in the front of my house. I cannot say enough positive accolades in this review. From the initial bid, extremely competitive pricing, immediate response, review of the project, concerns, solutions, responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, his crew. I could go on. Suffice it to say I would whole heartedly recommend Fabiano and his company for home improvement projects. The deck was a challenge with the type of decking material I chose to purchase, but all challenges were met with solutions. Its really beautiful. I cannot count the compliments my wife and I have received from our friends and neighbors. Five stars all the way.

Fabiano and his team have been great to work with. We had a flood in our master bath and they were able to get working right away. They restored the bathroom back to the original quality and were able to get it done in two weeks! Would recommend to anyone looking for a remodel / build back.

Their design team helped pick out the perfect look and feel for our home, and their crew did an amazing job installing it. We received quotes from a few other contractors, and what I really appreciated about Coastal Home Construction is that they have a designer that helps you from the very start. I felt overwhelmed when the other contractors wanted me to pick everything out on my own. Coastal Home Construction creates a design board that they curate recommendations based on your style and what you want your project to look like. Some of the options I was provided with, (and chose), I don’t think I would have found on my own. We will definitely be scheduling our kitchen remodel with Coastal Home Construction, and I look forward to working with them again soon!

Fabiano and his crew recently completed a complete renovation of our rental home in Huntington Beach. They were efficient, affordable, and patient as we considered different ideas and helped find the right balance between budget and design. In addition to the standard work, he and his crew also helped with smaller things that were not part of the project but extremely helpful to us none the less.
