We remodeled 2 bathrooms at a property of ours in Torrance and after interviewing 4 different contractors we decided on Eco Renovate Pros for the project. What really made the difference for us was the way they were willing to get involved in the design aspect of the project. We had some vague ideas of what we wanted but together with Eli and his design team our vision was truly brought into reality. The process took 5 weeks and everything is working and functioning beautifully. We absolutely love our new bathrooms and the way the spaces have become so much more functional as a result of the remodel.

Eli and his designer came together to assist me with selecting materials and putting together renderings for a comprehensive re-design. My furnishings were all covered during the demo stage and at the end of the project Eli even brought a cleaning crew which was a nice touch. The finished project more then exceeded my expectations. Isaac was amazing throughout the entirety of my remodeling project. He helped with the design process, we had plans drawn up and submitted and the permit process was seamless. Isaac was there every day and for every single inspection. His communication was constant and timely. Now about the work and the workers. Every single sub that Isaac and Eco Renovate Pros has is amazing at their job and always pleasant to be around. Never once was I uncomfortable. Every tradesman introduced themselves made sure that any questions I had were answered. Franklin removed a load bearing wall in our kitchen to create an open concept. Kevin’s custom white oak cabinetry is truly a work of art. People may like the cabinetry more than the master bath. Our master bathroom was gutted completely and the new wet room with rain shower head and free standing tub is somewhere I can spend hours in. The tile work is immaculate with Juan spending as much time as he needs to get it perfect. They did a level 5 smooth finish on all the drywall and Roosevelt went over everything multiple times to make sure he didn’t miss one spot. Overall I can’t speak highly enough about the Eco Renovate Pros team. It was my first project of this size and with all the horror stories I heard I was hesitant when I started the process. Isaac, Eli, and their entire team made sure that everything came out exactly the way I wanted it. Thanks so much and I highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible contractor!

We chose Eco Renovate Pros after meeting with several companies. We trusted them the most and they made our vision a reality. We had our architectural plans completed already so they took over from there. They were easy to work with, paid attention to details, and did a beautiful job. Eco Renovate Pros handled the general contracting for our home renovation which included adding a new bathroom, new plumbing, new electrical, re-roofing, refinishing the hardwood floors, replacing the kitchen countertops, adding a dishwasher, and painting the house (interior and exterior). Isaac was very on top of organizing the sub-contractors and kept work on schedule. Renderings for the new bathroom were provided to us and the finished bathroom looks exactly like the renderings. We stayed in the home for about 90% of the time during the renovation and Isaac was able to minimize the impact of construction on us. Any issues or questions we had, Isaac was able to respond quickly and to our satisfaction. Overall, I would recommend Eco Renovate Pros for their professionalism and high quality of work.

I hired Mr. Paul and his crew to do a seismic retrofit and I cannot say enough nice things about them. The knowledge of the team was truly a value add to the overall success of our build-out project. I was looking to install French drains at in investment property and reached out to a number of contractors. He provided effective and efficient communication at every stage of the process, including walking me through exactly what his crew would get completed on a daily basis.
