Ivan and his team were excellent and professional. They completely renovated my main bath. Now showering is like being at the spa. Beautiful tile work by Robert. All the guys were hardworking and knowledgeable.

It took about 3 months to put my downstairs and upstairs bathroom back together after a flood. There was not one single day Seneca did not take excellent care in all aspects of this project, always came to work on time, offered suggestions when needed, listened to every detail of what I envisioned and Ivan called me back ASAP every single time with questions or plan changes that needed to be made. The work done was top of the line and they went above and beyond my expectations. Seneca took extra care to cover everything in my home that wasn't being worked on and I am beyond happy with the results. My bathroom is very unique with the highest quality work possible. A+++++!

Ivan and his crew were great. I originally had them remodel my bathroom and converted an enclosed porch to a usable office/bedroom. Ivan was professional, easy to talk to and responded promptly to questions, concerns and issues. He offered good ideas and suggestions, but always left the decision up to me. The guys were punctual, courteous and always left the work area clean. The floors and furniture were always protected. I enjoyed the whole process.
I was so thrilled the way the bathroom and office turned out that when I decided to remodel the kitchen and living room (only a few months later) Seneca Contracting was the only company I wanted to call.
The kitchen was opened up to the living room by removing a load bearing wall and enlarged the kitchen a little. I now have a huge island with a lot of storage and bar stools. My kitchen is a real show place now. I couldn’t be happier with how my whole house turned out. In addition they enclosed my porch off the kitchen and made a laundry room so I could bring the washer and dryer out of the garage. Best idea ever. I now have a new small deck off the living room too. Everyone that has come over loves my kitchen/living room too.They also refaced my outdated fireplace.

I have received estimates from Eric West from EWC Construction and he was on time for the initial meeting and very professional and gave fair quotes. He also gave me advice on how to sort out a previous contractors work at my other residence and his communication skills are excellent and gave amazing advice.

The guest bathroom was looking pretty rough so we had it completely redone. They swapped the old tub for a walk in shower and it makes the room feel so much bigger. The plumbing and the electrical were all done to code and it passed inspection without any issues.

I just completed a renovation project working with EWC Construction. They were communicative, thorough, clean, and provided the most quality work. Their crew is friendly and respectful and genuinely GENUINELY cares about their work and your desired outcomes.

Updating the guest house was a project I’ve been putting off for way too long. The remodeling crew turned that dusty old shed into a really sleek studio space that I’m actually proud to show off. They were super creative with the small footprint and made every square inch count.

I really needed to modernize my kitchen but I was terrified of the cost and the mess. To be fair, they were very upfront about the budget and helped me pick materials that looked high-end without the insane price tag. The installers were total pros and handled the quartz countertop installation like it was nothing. I'm honestly obsessed with how the lighting turned out under the cabinets and it's made such a difference in how I actually use the space every day

I’ve lived in this San Pedro house for fifteen years and have hated the flooring the entire time. I finally got around to calling for a quote and I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. They ripped out the old carpet and put in beautiful wide plank hardwoods that have completely changed the vibe of the whole downstairs. The crew was respectful of my furniture and cleaned up every bit of dust before they headed out.

We finally got around to redoing the master bathroom in our Lakewood home. We wanted to get rid of the tub and just have a big walk in shower. The tile work they did is beautiful. There was a small leak in the glass door at first but they came back the next day and fixed it. Now it feels like a spa

I cannot recommend this company. I paid nearly $50,000 for work that looks like it cost maybe $20,000. The owner, Eric, blamed everyone, including ICE and the President, instead of taking any accountability. I don't believe Eric knows much about construction; the quality of work depends entirely on his hired help, which he also managed poorly. He is nice until the very end, but being nice doesn't result in quality work.

I paid for a full remodeled bathroom, kitchen. Did not get the kitchen because he lied about his abilities and he has zero connection for contractor rates. Once I seen the work and tge time it took for a tiny bathroom remodel I had zero confidence in him doing my kitchen. Nonetheless, he was paid for several areas to be painted, floors installed in 3 areas and a remodeled bathroom.

I gave Eric several chances to rectify all the issues but he continued to lie and scam.

We hired this team for our kitchen remodeling in Huntington Beach because they seemed to really understand the coastal vibe we were going for with the new cabinetry and hardware. Eric was the main point of contact and he was great about keeping us in the loop whenever there was a delay with the appliance deliveries. The new island is huge and has become the main spot where everyone hangs out whenever we have people over.

We finally decided to pull the trigger on a full kitchen remodel and the results are even better than I imagined. The transition from the old, cramped layout to this open concept feel has completely changed how we use the house. It wasn't exactly a short process, but the crew stayed on schedule and really paid attention to the little details like the backsplash alignment and the cabinet hardware. I’m honestly just so happy to have a beautiful space to cook in now and it feels like a brand new home.

We decided to upgrade the entryway and the main coat closet since the space always felt dark and cramped when guests came over. They swapped out the old heavy door for something with better glass panels and updated the lighting, which totally changed the vibe of the whole front of the house. To be fair, I was a little worried about how long the demo would take, but they were in and out much faster than I expected. The crew was very chill and didn't mind my dogs being underfoot while they were packing up their tools at the end of the day.

Our cabinets were still in decent shape but the doors and the old hardware were just depressing. We had the team come in to do a refacing and swap out the countertops, and the transformation is night and day. They were very clear that they use higher-end materials than the standard big-box store stuff, and you can really feel the difference in the weight and finish of the new doors. It was a bit more of an investment than I initially expected, but I’d much rather have this level of craftsmanship than something that’s going to peel in a year.
