Super happy with the work that Jorge did last week. They worked quickly, did a solid job, and kept me informed as to what they were doing. When we were about to go over the quoted estimate because of further requests on my part, he let me know, so there were no surprises upon seeing the invoice. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision I didn’t understand. he was considerate of cleanliness in my home, he showed up on time to every appt, which I really appreciate. Jorge did an excellent job repainting drywall and repairing all of the bathtub tile! I’m generally skeptical of construction repair companies, but he did not cut any corners and worked for 9+ hours straight! Very, very impressed — will definitely use again for other properties that i own around Long beach and Carson!

He went above and beyond what was required by painting additional areas of the home and fixing doors. He wanted to make sure it looked good and was in operable condition. The owner responded right away to my inquiry, came out the next day to give us a quote, and began work within a few days. They were able to do everything on my list of repairs and Jorge came up with creative solutions for the trickier repairs. His worker, Felix did excellent work, was kind and courteous, and cleaned everything up after work each day. The quote was very fair and he worked within our budget. He emailed us a detailed list with the cost of each repair and we were able to pick and choose which projects we’d like done. Don’t hesitate to use GR Repair and Maintenance!!!
