GR Repair & Maintenace worked on a small job at my house repairing 3 door moldings that were taken out of its place and damaging some of the drywall they restored everything back in its place like new , i recommend them to everyone .

It’s been hard finding reliable contractors for my business but George is always consistent, communicates well, does a great job, and doesn’t overcharge. I’ve had to call in so many contractors since opening but he is by far my top choice

George & team we're very professional & communicative, always arrived exactly when he said they would, and were very thorough. They did a beautiful job replacing my kitchen floor and updating my island countertop to a butcher block breakfast bar. He really took care of all the little details and I am so happy with the results.

We feel extremely lucky to have found GRR Repair and Maintenance. After the recent heavy rains we discovered our garage wall was leaking. Jorge and his team were extremely quick to respond and came up with a very comprehensive plan to not only repair the exterior wall, but ensure the garage was flood proof from now on.

George and his crew have done several jobs for us and always delivered high quality work with clear up front communication. Most recently they installed an automatic motor to our security fence. It was a large amount of work and they completed it with a great end product. We’re very happy with the gate.

George's worker Felix came over every day on time and did the bulk of the work and did a really nice job, with some panel installations and painting and caulking.

GR Repair & Maintenance was recommended to me by Home Depot. Awesome recommendation. I needed sub-flooring installed. The flooring installers refused to put the flooring in my back room because the planks were running diagonally and they said it was foundational.
I called George, he showed up on time. He took a look, I told him what I needed, he gave me a recommendation. We made an agreement and he put it in writing. I signed the contract and we were off to the races.
George is an exceptional contractor. He brought over the guys to introduce them prior to them working. Very thoughtful. The work was exceptional. I am so pleased! My family and I did not feel uncomfortable. They did quality work, put up the plastic and kept the working area clean. There were no discarded items left lying around. I am so impressed. I recommend George and his crew. I will be hiring George and his crew again.

I'll start by saying we are very pleased with the completion of our kitchen remodel. We hired George and his company to do the remodel based on other quality work they did for us in our condo. His quote was competitive. Overall the job was completed on time and within budget. The minor hiccups that occurred (what major project doesn't have any) were handled professionally and quickly by George and his team. Great care was taken to minimize any mess. GR Repair and Maintenance is highly recommended.

George and his crew did a great job removing our old front door and installing our brand new door along with the smart lock! This door was quite heavy being solid white oak but it was no problem for the team. He also installed a new mailbox. Everything came out perfectly and they are highly recommended!

George’s worker removed an iron gate with open rails that was allowing rodents into the backyard and installed this beautiful high and hopefully rodent resistant redwood gate.
George’s communication leading up to the start date was very good. His written contract was well done and easy to understand. Once the work started, the worker showed up on time every day and cleaned up after himself every day leaving the work space tidy for the next day. He completed the job exactly when he said he would. George came by throughout the process to check on the work. We are all happy with the results. This is the second project George’s company has done for me; the first one installing windows on a garage. I like the easy payment method of Zelle. I look forward to working with George and his worker(s) in the future.
