Justen was very friendly, responsive and came within the given time frame. He helped fix our shower faucet for a good price. I will be back for any future plumbing needs!

I particularly appreciated Justen’s professionalism! He told me to expect him within a 2-hour window, texted a confirmation this morning, and texted me when he was 30 minutes away. Also, without being asked, he popped on some shoe covers when he arrived. Justen replaced our defective kitchen faucet while also taking care of a leak under the sink, and he even gave me a tip about what to look for to avoid purchasing defective items in future. Justen will be my first call for any future plumbing problems.

I highly recommend this company and have had only outstanding service. My water heater went out, they replaced it and hauled away. I had an issue with a few other things and they came out next day. They have clear communication with regards to arrival time and even a quick plumbing question.

Justen Lowrey is a professional completely. Not only did he fix my plumbing issues with garbage disposal, but he explained thoroughly what happened and how to prevent specific problems in future. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend anybody else to give him a try.

I’m super impressed with Lowery Family Plumbing. They were very responsive and scheduled an appointment right away. When Justen arrived, he was extremely friendly and professional, jumping right in to evaluate a significant blockage in my sewer line. He quickly got to work resolving it while also taking great care of the property. As a small job turned into a bigger one, he was very positive and committed to making sure everything was in excellent working order by the time he left. I would absolutely recommend Lowery Family Plumbing for any job, and I now consider them my “go to” plumbing expert.

Francisco has used the excuse twice, that his employee did not come to work, as to why my scheduled work was not completed. On top of that, no communication to me regarding their labor concerns. If you like wasting your time, hire Greenway. If you value your time, go with another service provider. Very disappointed in Greenway and specifically, Fransisco.

Originally thought he was great, we paid $750.00 while he was still here in February 2026, seemed knowledgeable and professional. He wasn't able to fix the plumbing problem because there were some parts that were needed. He helped us to order the parts, and told us to let him know when the order came in and he would return and finish the work. We contacted him when the order came in and scheduled a return. He cancelled his revisit due to flu, we gave him 2 weeks, called and texted, no answers. Then we were told he was out of town until 4/1. We waited politely. My husband has called/texted 2x a day for several days. Each time we are polite but you know what, I'm tired of this. Even if there is a good reason for ignoring us, some form of communication would have been appreciated. Very disappointed and so, I'll be the inconsiderate woman who is overreacting. I do hope Timothy is OK, and this sincerely doesn't make any sense but I'm out $750 and the shower still doesn't work.
