The toilet and shower in our bathroom clogged up, and we had a feeling it might be a bigger issue due to past experiences. We started looking up local plumbers and came across Honeydo Plumbing, who had excellent reviews. After reading through some of the feedback and checking out their website, we felt confident reaching out to see if they could help us.

Cole and Desi were amazing! They were incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, punctual, and just all-around great to work with. After inspecting everything (underneath and within), they explained that there was a break in the main sewer line, likely due to a combination of the type of plumbing material used, the tree beside the line whose roots were embedded in it, as well as the age of the plumbing itself. They were very reasonable with their pricing and showed real empathy toward different circumstances, which we really appreciated. We felt confident and comfortable having them take on the job. They had to excavate and expose the main sewer line, install transitions at each bathroom, reconnect everything to the existing cleanout in our front yard, and tie into the existing cast-iron lines at the foundation wall. In the end, we had an entirely new line, which gave us real peace of mind.

The whole job took three days to complete, and when they were done, they put everything back exactly how they found it. You couldn’t even tell there had been huge holes everywhere! They’ll also be coming back in six months to check that everything is still going good. With how old our house is, I already know I’ll be calling them again in the future. I would highly recommend Honeydo Plumbing to anyone in need of a reliable, professional plumber.

My technician Desi came out quickly and was professional and kind. Pricing was affordable and straightforward. He replaced my part and set up my water heater up quickly. He explained the maintenance and told us what to expect if issues were to arise. I would give Honeydo plumbing 10 stars if I could.

He explained the issue clearly and made sure I understood the repair process, which I really appreciated. The work was solid, and everything’s been working since the visit. I can't really articulate how impressed I am with the skill and ethics of Honey do Plumbing. Desi showed up on time (and I received text messages letting me know exactly his arrival time) with the part we needed to fix our plumbing repair in hand. As soon as he looked at the issue, he told me it was a quick, easy fix and there would be no charge. I was speechless. I have never had that experience with a plumbing company before. I am very very grateful for Desi's time and effort.

To our surprise when the kitchen drain was stopped up, the entire line had to be replaced. Honeydo plumbing identified the problem, the root causes and the best solution. Throughout the process, they shared examples of the plugged drain line that needed to be replaced. They provided a daily update on the project.

Had a toilet drain problem and saw this company that had amazing reviews and decided to give it a shot.
Called and Cole picked up. I explained everything I had done to try and clear this drain and he quoted me the best price I've gotten after a couple of other calls. He advised me they can have a someone come the next day. Next day comes and I'm not home as it was Sunday and I was at church. My father in law was home and guess who was there? Cole! My father in law tells me he was super friendly just as he was over the phone. He did his best to clear the drain but was unable to get a brush that had been flushed down there accidentally. It was so far down he was unable to unblock it completely. Although he didn't fix it completely, he gave us his time, and diagnosed our problem, and he still didnt charge us. This company has one of the best customer service hands down. I will definitely be recommending Honeydo to everyone I know!

Called HoneyDo Plumbing for my bathtub's clogged drain and I'm extremely pleased. Firstly, I called and made an appointment and they were able to come on the same day. I received a text confirming my appointment and another text when the technician was 30 min away, which is very helpful. Samuel arrive as scheduled and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of the clog so quickly. He even covered the work area to make sure nothing got dirty. The pricing was cheaper than the other plumbers I've called too so ik definitely saving their number for any other issues

In my 15 years of dealing with various plumbing companies, I never came across such professional service. They deserve 10 stars. They were on time, totally upfront over the phone, very understanding. Best of all the job was done within 15 minutes. My technician’s name was Desi who is an upstanding person. I gave their number and recommended them to 5 people since Monday December 1, 2025.

Cole came over and did an inspection. He let us know that our water heater can not be repaired. He gave us options to replace. On top of all of that, he didn't charge us for the inspection. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He will definitely be our go to for all our plumbing needs from here on out.

I first called Honeydew Plumbing when I was having an issue, or so I thought, with the washing machine connector. The delivery person declined installing it because he said it needed to be replaced. When Desi from Honeydo Plumbing arrived, he looked at it and told me it was perfectly fine and just needed to be cleaned since it was brass and the “corrosion” was just cosmetic. He didn’t charge me anything, not even for his time and was very honest. He saved us a lot of grief and money. We knew when the time came to replace our water heater this was the company we wanted to do business with. Cole came out this time and was upfront and honest and gave us great advice.
