Highly recommend this plumbing service i had a leak in my kitchen sink it was flooding my floor late at night, Andy was very professional and quick he fixed the leak within minutes

I contacted several plumbers in the area to replace and install a new kitchen faucet. After the 3rd plumber said "oh, we don't do condos" I finally asked why. They said it's because they have to turn the water off for the whole building. I said it's just a faucet installation. Why would you need to turn water off? Never got a straight answer.

Then Andy from EZ Flow replied and I told him others said no. He said it's just a faucet install; we don't need to shut off water if you have on/off valves. We booked the appointment on the spot. I was very relieved.

He txt me ahead of the appointment to confirm time and location. He arrived at the time he promised. He was in and out in 90 minutes. Professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier. Also: He's local to Long Beach and has been self-employed for 11 years.

Finding Nemo Glad I did ! From a simple clogged toilet to a enormous crazy job our guest bathroom toilet clogged up after a Party tried to plunge it than snake it worked for a couple of days and the the slow drain returned after contacting my regular Handyman he came by and said it was a bigger job than expected and would return but 9 days later we still had the same issue reached out to others they where unavailable so reached out in Yelp so Glad I found Nemo he was honest straight up and gave me options did not know whati was getting into the house I moved into got totally remodeled in 2012 never had major issues some hair clogs got drains snaked out like 3 times before he ran a camera and snake rooter and told me about major problems in my plumbing Im a simple type of Man with basic home improvement skills but this was beyond my skill set showed me pictures and videos alot of the plumbing was very mickey moused and half assed but it worked for years I'm going to be here for a long time and wanted it done and fixed right so we got it done 👍 honest good work with a warranty would definitely use them again and recommend bad plumbing and tons of baby wipes caused this issue so glad it finally got done correctly

Called for service this morning after being denied by another Plumbing Service regarding a clog in the toilet for our apartment; Andy was very kind and gave me a window of 1-3pm, they even texted to give me an update. They arrived around 2:30pm and Promptly got to work; after "Augering" the toilet for about 30 minutes; the brought in a camera and let me know that there was definitely a toy down the toilet. After trying the auger with the camera, they gave me the news that they would have to remove the toilet; they gave me the price before proceeding. No extra fees or anything....this is the price. Within 15 mins they removed my toilet and extracted said Toy. Replaced the wax ring, cleaned everything and put everything back. Jose even was kind enough to put my bath rugs back .....Long Story short..... EZ Rooter will be my go to for any plumbing needs. Thank you Andy and Jose! I'm glad you guys fixed my issue and I gave you a laugh!!!

Nemo came and unclogged my toilet. He’s very nice, explained the options and performed the work. He made short work of it. E-Z Flow was very responsive in sending out the plumber. I highly recommend recommend them.

My water pressure was too high and I didn't have a pressure regulator. I submitted a request for a quote and Andy reached out right away. He made it easy by just asking for a few pictures and videos and some basic questions and gave me a quote within minutes over text message. Andy and the team showed up on the day of and completed the project quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions. I'm happy with the work and plan to use them again the next time I need some work done.

Amazing service. Called early Saturday morning for a major backup in a duplex. They showed up on time as promised and were very transparent about price. We did hydro jetting. Will use again.

Our toilet was fixed perfectly, and at a lower cost than a competitor. We always get 2 or 3 estimates. We will call EZ Flow the next time we have any plumbing problem.

1920s house, have sink issues each year and have plumbers out to snake... Well it finally happened a problem at end mainline. They were here quick to check out the backups, used large snake to try and clear but no budging so they did camera and electronically located the spot.... Dug up concrete, found the issues replaced and repaired filled it back up concrete on top all same day.... Super kind, professional, knowledgeable and great work ethics along with a fair price. I'm very happy I contacted them I know I got the best! I will be calling on them in the future for other plumbing projects! Thank you guys!

Came out the same day. Tech was friendly, polite, efficient and honest. He explained the problem and showed me the camera pictures. The tech ran a pipe to clean out my drain that was clogged with tree roots.
