One of my bathroom toilets was clogged and the plumber, Dustin arrived clearly exhausted from a long days work, but he still stay at my place until the early morning hours, applying all the tricks in his bag to repair my toilet. He even had the calmness of mind to deal with my demanding downstairs neighbor during the whole process. He provided me with an explanation for the reason of the clog and with insights into why it was happening. Great work Dustin and I owe you a bottle of tequila. Kudos

All plumbing in my home started to back up. Called Sam's Plumbing on a Sunday and the response time was great. The team came out, accessed the problem and made the necessary repairs in an expeditious manner with very reasonable pricing. I would recommend to anyone.

Sam was awesome! I needed my water heater replaced and got a bunch of quotes. He had the best price by far. Super helpful and professional the whole time. Great service. Definitely calling him again for any plumbing stuff.

I have used Mr. Rooter for years & twice since my last posted review. (Both for different plumbing issues.) Technician Christian Carroll came out both times. He was very professional & friendly. He took care of both the plumbing problems & gave great recommendations to prevent future plumbing problems. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

He also took the time to explain what caused the clog and gave us some great tips to help prevent future problems. We really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. We had a nightmare blockage in our kitchen sink that prevented us from using our kitchen for days. Jose and Brian were great in finding the root cause of the blockage and advice for preventing future buildup.

Earlier today I wrote a negative review on another company who looked at our backed up sink and immediately said the price would be $436 (!! for a simple backed up kitchen sink). So I called Mr. Rooter and they sent a technician immediately. The technician, Andy, was quite polite and very competent. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. If he didn't have to disassemble the trap below the sink the price would have been $79. With the disassembly and reassembly the price was a very fair $126. Hence, I couldn't recommend Mr. Rooter of Long Beach more highly.

They're friendly, fast, affordable, and efficient! Definitely will keep them in my contacts as the first to call!
