Monkey Wrench plumbing was extremely responsive to our issue. They were able to get someone out same day when we had no water. Felix was professional and friendly. He and his team answered all our questions and did excellent work. Will 100% recommend.

Things I like about this company: they inform you when they are coming, text to say they are on their way, friendly service employees.
Things I am not so sure about: It always seems they have something more to sell me. The service contracts are inexpensive and they come to check the system twice a year. The company that installed the system (La Canada Air Conditioning and Heating) was bought by Monkey Wrench Plumbing, which seems to have changed it from a family run company we trusted to one pushing their employees to always "upsell". Their prices for anything they add on are very high.

Daniel did a superb job diagnosing and then fixing the electrical issue that had caused flickering lights. He explained everything he was doing with admirable patience. After returning from Home Depot, with the parts, Daniel solved the problem. I appreciated Daniel’s courtesy and professionalism. I will request his services without hesitation for future jobs. Enrique was extremely helpful and provided step by step information as to what he was doing at each stage of the maintenance process. Additionally by showing me the lime scale buildup we were able to take the preventative measures to install a filter that would reduce scaling.

Luis was on Time Courteous and very transparent in what the issue was with our tankless waterheater.

Luis Munoz provided sewer video service to troubleshoot an issue we were having. He figured out what was going on, and the best way to mitigate the situation. He also took the time to assess the condition of our sewer lateral up to the City main, and to give us cost-effective options on lining our existing sewer lateral and replacing our other corroding cast iron drain lines. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional, and we really liked his work!
We also enjoyed working with Elias Pena who did hydrojet cleanout work on our kitchen drain line. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, got the job done, and stayed a little longer to make sure everything was draining properly. He even took extra time to inspect and readjust the piping under the sink to ensure everything was in good working order.
We’ve been using Monkeywrench Plumbing for several years, and continue to be pleased with their work. We highly recommend them!
