Daniel was Great! Very knowledgeable of my issue. He diagnosed the problem accurately, explaining the solution clearly, and completing the job efficiently.

We had a minor leak under our sink. The company sent Carlos to our house the next morning. He was friendly and courteous and he identified and repaired the problem right away. Our expectations were greatly exceeded.

Update March 2025: We contacted Monkey Wrench again for a more major problem. Abraham and Alfredo worked tirelessly for two whole days. They were friendly and polite. The repair work was fantastic and it really looks like there never was any problem. Our expectations were exceeded again

Their technician, Luis came out inside 24 hours, diagnosed the issue and gave me options to resolve. All of their communication before, during and after the service call were pertinent and informative. I felt I was able to make the best decision for our Ice Cream Shop.

Jose Zaragoza did an awesome job for us when we had an issue with our sink this week. He showed up looking professional and didn’t flinch at the nasty stuff in our drain! Chai was an amazing help in letting me know in simple terms what was going wrong with my system. A perfect blend of personable and professional. Eventually had to call his supervisor out to assist, and while I don't remember his name, he was amazing too. With both of them having the same level of impressive and consistent professionalism, especially on a HOT day, I would absolutely recommend Monkey Wrench

This is my go-to company for air conditioning, heating, and plumbing.

Terrible ! I just literally had them come out to replace a part on a good water heater. I spoke to a Jennifer and told them I didn’t need a new water heater and only needed a part replace and didn’t want any one to try to “up sale” . Guess what? The tech tried to upsale me! You got your 45.00 for nothing !

Rick Aguirre was fantastic! He did a hot water heater flush for my electric wall mounted water heater and was able to replace 2 shower hoses and clean the hard water deposits on the fixtures. Rick is super friendly and helpful!

ALEX HAS ONCE AGAIN COMPLETED AN AWESOME JOB‼️‼️‼️ Alex serviced two AC units for me today. He explains step by step what he’s doing or will be doing and always takes pictures of everything he’s doing as well. I appreciate his hard work and excellent customer service 👍🏽
