A primarily dealt with Tonya and Brian Tonya on the phone and Brian in the field. Very responsive and did a great job!!

Andy and his team were friendly and professional. He provided a second quote to a competitor and beat them out of the park by providing a PRO job on assessing the job. He quickly diagnosed a huge plumbing problem the previous guys missed. I would highly recommend Andy and his team. He took time late in the afternoon to get to the root of the problem.

EXCELLENT! Needed to have our main sewer pipe fixed. They installed a felt/epoxy pipeliner in our existing pipe. All workers were very friendly. Our service tech, Andy Carrillo, was the best!!! This company explained all work that needed to be fixed, showed video of completed work, and cleaned up all areas. I would highly recommend this company and will use again. Even when you call for service their office staff is very nice!

The company called and verified the estimate time of arrival, which was a 1 hour window. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and solved the problem. He was efficient and professional. This is my second time using this company for a different issue. recommend this company and I will use them again.

I highly recommend these guys. They work weekends unlike a lot of plumbers and don't charge a premium for doing so. They were very professional from beginning to end, did great work and charged a very fair price. Bryant was awesome. Laid out several solution options based on my budget and was not pushy which was appreciated. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier 👌🏼

Jose O. is very professional and pleasant to talk to. He unclogged the drain pipes and explained how to prevent / or beware of future plumbing problems. He also saw that I have an old main water turn shutoff valve be replaced with up to code easy to use quarter valves. I’ll be calling this company again to replace the water cutoff valve in the near future.

Super friendly and knowledgeable, great attitude, and the pricing was wonderful compared to other bids we got. They didn't try to upsell us unnecessarily and let us know about things we may want to keep an eye on for the future.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mr. Rooter. We were given a time for their arrival each morning and they were always there on time. Every worker I met was professional and polite, and Andy (who oversaw the project) was a lifesaver. He patiently explained the problem several times, even though I thought I was right (I was not), and maintained constant communication about the work being done. Had backed up plumbing where water was coming back up from the bathtub. Called them and they came out first thing next morning. Gave a fair quote and ended up costing less than the quote since they didn't have to break concrete to fix issues. Andy told me everything that should be done moving forward but wasn't pushy about it which I appreciate. Both Andy and his partner were polite, honest, and worked fast. They cleaned up everything afterwards as well. They were also able to offer no interest financing for 15 months which was great. the office staff was great as well. They gave me different options on financing. Also gave warranties on their work.

Two days before Thanksgiving, the tub in our bathroom got clogged and the water just wouldn’t go down. It got us even more worried when we realized that running the kitchen sink would add to the water in the clogged bathtub! Brian and Shannon came out to fix the problem and they were amazing! Incredibly professional, personable, clean, and no upselling. They were effective and efficient in solving the problem, and charged us the $79 that was estimated. They even checked the whole house to make sure there’s no other lingering problems. 100% going to be lifelong customers and I would definitely recommend these guys to whoever needs plumbing services.
