I went there just to make a pickup for a courier company but the people that I deal with seem to be real helpful and down to Earth

They have tons of selection, but being a specialty store, I could not hekp notice the price is a bit high for walk-in / Cash. Maybe better pricing is available for the contractors? I am not one, so I could be wrong.

Picked up warranty parts at Pomona Ferguson and returned the bad parts at Long Beach Ferguson and they could not find the warranty on this water heater serial number saying that the serial was not in there system are you sure this is the number so I asked are you an A.O.Smith Distributor or not sir the answer he gave was oh I found the serial number in another part of our system ??????? What, oh you have another system oh okay thank you I truly believe that was B S and did not appreciate the run around

I showed up early Saturday morning and was given a hard time from one of the service representative about payment method over the phone..the issue was extremely minor and the representative was being really petty..if it wasn’t for Aaron that intervened,I probably would be giving Ferguson a 1 star right now.
Aaron showed true class and was very cool about the situation.he assured me that payment over the phone is fine and actually quite common..
Again,I want to appreciate you Arron and the company for the outstanding service you provided me over the Last 8 years
