I hired Santos to replace a large section of my sewer line. My good friend recommended him after he did did some work on her home. She had nothing but good things to say about his work. Juan was very professional fixed both my kitchen and bathroom sinks. I messed it up again and he came back promptly to take care of it for me! My house is older so I was nervous but his prices are definitely reasonable! Would recommend and use him again in the future.

I just happened to meet Juan at Home Depot when we were buying a new toilet for my daughter’s bathroom. I actually wasn’t sure who I was going to call to install the toilet. I knew Home Depot would probably charge a fortune to install. Juan gave me his card. I called him and scheduled the install. He showed up on time and did a great job. So pleased with my experience I recommended him to wife's parents, Whom had bigger issues. Juan did a great job! My shower has had low pressure for the past few years and it took me a while to do anything about it. I called Juan and he came over the next day and it is now working perfectly. I can now take a nice long hot shower with great pressure at the perfect temp, which I haven’t had in quite a while. My faucet needed replacement as it was running really low. After some troubleshooting I decided I needed a new one. I went to Home Depot and while
I was shopping and Juan happened to be passing by and told me he was a plumber and If I needed help. I asked him a few questions about faucets and asked him how much he was charge to replace.

He quoted me less than half of what someone at Yelp quoted me! So I bought a new faucet and called him when I got home. Juan said he would be over in About an hour! Juan was able to install the faucet and even fix some other minor issues without charging me extra. Juan cleaned up and was very polite the entire time. I have a new plumber I will always go to!

Juan Carlos was incredible! He was not only wonderful at communicating with us, but he got here fast, he was kind, cheerful, and respectful of our home. He fixed our toilet in about 20 minutes, he set up a clean area around the whole bathroom to ensure he wouldn’t make any mess, and left the bathroom almost cleaner than he got to it! Mr. Santos is professional and pleasant. He knows his profession well. I live in Long Beach and our plumbing system is complete trash. I had a draining issue in my bathtub and my kitchen sink. I also had a garbage disposal issue in my kitchen sink. Mr. Santos scheduled quickly, arrived within the time slot he provided and handled all issues. He even showed me the issues I may face in the future due to the old plumbing system. If you’re looking for an honest and good plumber call him. Thank you again!

My laundry stand pipe backed up last night and called Juan this morning. He gave me a quote over the phone and showed up on time. Juan snaked about 70’ of the drain line and even got under the house’s crawl space to inspect which part is PVC and cast iron. Took photos for me even. His work is guaranteed for 30 days too. If you have a drainage problem, give Juan a call! Super friendly and honest! He’s your guy!
