Wade recently installed a new water heater at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before recommending a replacement, he took the time to thoroughly assess the issue I was having and explained everything clearly. Once I decided to move forward, his pricing was fair and reasonable.
He was responsive to all of my questions, showed up on time, and worked efficiently without sacrificing quality. The installation was done quickly and professionally. I really appreciated his honesty, work ethic, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Wade to anyone needing plumbing work done.

After seeing all the great reviews and work, I decided to call Golden State Water Heaters. When I talked to Wade over the phone, he just seemed like he knew exactly what he was talking about. Once he came & took a look at My problem, he was able to get it done in 1 day, which was impressive. I originally had gotten my water heater done by Home Depot. They took 3 days and did not hook it up correctly, which was leaking carbon monoxide into my house for 2 years. The Home Depot guy that installed my water heater gave me the runaround for 2 years. It’s amazing how Wade was able to fix my water heater in 1 day and do it correctly and he did a great job. It looked like it was part of the house it made that area look brand new. I was very impressed that he used the top of the line, water heater, and copper piping. I also had him do some water valves around the house which he did an amazing job And how fast and accurate he was able to do the job that Home Depot was not able to do. I am glad that I came across this company and I will Only be calling him to maintenance my water heaters Or any plumbing job that I might need. And I love the fact that after he did any work, he left the area very clean and he was very trustworthy. I like that he was a very genuine, nice guy. I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I went with the replacement cause it made sense. Thank you Quest Home Services, I will definitely call you guys again for future needs.
