Hello, I was not satisfied at all. They came by did not completely unclog my drain. I never heard from them again and I personally had to unclog it myself. This company just sent me a request asking me to review them so here it is.

We rent a place and so Drainzilla is the company that they contract. And they were always super great, but what I’m coming on here to comment is the other day my car broke down while I was in the left turning lane. I was by myself and very stressed so I put my car hood up To make sure people knew that I was broken down. A truck pulled up next to me and as they were looking at me, asked if I was OK. I gave them a “not really” look And a guy got out of the truck and was able to push me by himself into a parking lot so I was safe and not in the street. As I got out to thank him, I noticed that he was the guy that worked on our plumbing. I pointed that out and he was like “Drainzilla baby!!! Ayyyy” Like such good vibes.

He was a tall, probably Latino guy, I didn’t catch his name, but he was sooooo nice. he said that he Saw me broken down and remembered that I was a client. anyway, I had to put this on here one to give him a shout out, but also let people know the amazing people that this company hires. And you need to give that guy a raise because he went above and beyond for a customer.

Michael & Chris were outstanding. Professional, courteous & efficient. Had my bathroom sinks clogged & they cleared them in no time. Also very clean in their work. Thank you!

I'm a tenant under RPM property management (and they are slow to act, but that's a different story :/). However, Drainzilla Plumbing is the vendor they sent to my home to replace the shower knobs.

Michael from Drainzilla was polite, professional, showed up EARLY, and finished the maintenance request within 1 hour! This gentleman was all business and made sure to take his time to notify other tenants in the building that the water would be turned off breifly while he did the shower replacements.

If you need a trustworthy, professional plumber, I highly recommend William Thomas Plumbing. They find the problem, present the solution/options and do good work at an affordable price. They won't nickle and dime you, and do half the work, or create problems so they can come back. If you need a good trustworthy, afordable plumber....call them.

They lost their license for plumbing.

▲ Warning to any Friends and the Community: Do NOT Hire Twin Home Experts

I'm sharing this to help others avoid the experience I had with a company called Twin Home Experts. My wife was charged nearly $5,000 for a rat removal and smoke testing to find the problem we had less than a year ago. The job that was supposed to be guaranteed, but the problem came back a few days ago, but after contacting the company and telling them I was experiencing an issue they refused to take responsibility. After sending a different company to address the issue. Jimmy told me they don't use foam to block Rats but before that when they came out to identify the location that the rats were coming in at the time we weren't sure if it was rats or mice so i was told they needed to put a tracing compound down

After they applied a tracing compound to locate or find the hot-spot or access point, they told me to wait three days and report what I found. When I did, without personal coming to address the issue they sent a different company to address the problem and claimed that this wasn't part of the job and wasn't included in the original work-despite it being the Major source of my prior problems they said they addressed everything under my house and gave me a verbal guarantee I wouldn't have any more problems under my house all Access points had been sealed with wire mesh. Not the case So i was referred to a completely different company (one they apparently subcontract with), which I would have to pay again to fix the issue.

When I tried to speak with one of the owners of Twin Home Experts, about the issue a guy named Jimmy, he became combative and verbally abusive, even calling me derogatory names instead of addressing the problem professionally. I was shocked and deeply disappointed by how I was treated by Jimmy.

Please, if you or anyone you know is considering pest control or any type of work or similar services, do NOT hire Twin Home Experts. They are overpriced, unprofessional, and do not honor their own guarantees.
So use this company at your own risk you have been warned
