I had a very unique and difficult plumbing job at my 4-unit property in Long Beach. I needed a water heater, but I also needed much more... The project was to repipe an apartment separating it from the unit below, separate the gas lines, replace a wall heater, bathtub, faucets, and add water sub-meters to each apartment... and countless other important details!

After speaking with half a dozen plumbers about the project, Wade, from Golden State, was the only plumber I felt comfortable working with. He understood the project and the nuances straight away and he gave me a reasonable price.

The project ended up being a more challenging than either of us initially anticipated, but he spent the extra time and put in the extra effort to get it all done for our agreed upon price.

Not only is the job complete, but it is done very well and exceeds my expectations.

I'm a hands on landlord that also works on his properties quite a bit. Wade showed up early and stayed late each day. He's honest and trustworthy. All characteristics that we want in the tradesmen we work with.

WOW! It's nice to have a company still value customers. I reached to Golden State Water Heaters because my water heater went out. I called the number posted and Wade answered immediately! He said he could stop by the following day, and he was on time, which was nice. I ended up having my old water heater in the garage taken out and having a new tankless water heater installed outside. At first I was worried there would be a lot of work needed to be done, but Wade made the install seem so easy and hassle free. I went from having no hot water one day, to having endless hot water the following day!
