Excellent. Mr Jeremy Fulton explained the whole process in terms that where easy to follow. He went through the whole tear out and install stage by stage. Also he explained the other plumbing issues I had at my house. I have to admit I was skeptical at first when I was given a arrival window of 12p to 4p. Seems that I was going to be stuck at my house waiting. That however was not the case. I fact he was an hour earlier then the start of the window. I was pleasantly surprised. I really like these guys. So professional friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced the ductwork and installed dampers to even flow air across the house and into each room. They completed the work, adjusted the flows, checked them to my satisfaction, cleaned up, sent me before and after photos. I am part of a maintenance program where they come 3 times a year and check/ tune up my hvac clean my filters make sure optimally running. All of them super clean and neat, respectful, friendly. I can’t ask for more than that. And I’m supporting a local small business.

He also told me how to prevent the drain from clogging again. He also suggested for the future if I would be interested in getting a membership for servicing my entire house.
