Excellent. Mr Jeremy Fulton explained the whole process in terms that where easy to follow. He went through the whole tear out and install stage by stage. Also he explained the other plumbing issues I had at my house. I have to admit I was skeptical at first when I was given a arrival window of 12p to 4p. Seems that I was going to be stuck at my house waiting. That however was not the case. I fact he was an hour earlier then the start of the window. I was pleasantly surprised. I bit pricy but I now know why.

We love Crystal Blue Plumbing, Heating and Air! All of their technicians are thorough, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. We have had Scott, Grayson and Brad for different issues and we loved them all!

Ben and Nathan did a wonderful job. Went straight to work, gave me options, settled on the best solution and we’re done in a timely manner. They asked questions, asked if I had any questions and cleaned up after themselves. They followed COVID-19 protocol with masks, gloves, booties at all times. I will have them back again for other work in the future.
