My husband and I hired this cleaning company to clean my sister’s house as a gift and they did an outstanding job. They did so good that my sister hired them on a biweekly basis. I hired a different company to clean my house to save a little money since they were more cost effective, however, they didn’t do a good job. It was supposed to be a deep cleaning but it looked like a regular cleaning and they missed a few things. I then decided to hire Mariana’s as I saw the wonderful job they did at my sisters house and they did not disappoint. Now that was a deep cleaning. My house was spotless! I then decided to hire them on monthly basis. It was crew #12 that cleaned my house the first time. We had a different crew come out today but they were just as good. The ladies are so polite and friendly. This is definitely one of those examples of “you get what you pay for”. These ladies will not disappoint!

I will start by saying that the cleaning itself was satisfactory, and when we didn't like something, they happily cleaned it better with no complaints. However, after they left we found some damage in our bathroom cabinet. We shared a video of the damage with the company and they told us they'll investigate it. We tried following up and they didn't respond. They called us later trying to schedule more cleanings, which is when we, again, told them about the damage and sent them a video, they said they don't have info on the damage (meaning they never actually investigated), they said they'll investigate again and we never heard back from them since.

Very nice maids. They listened to my needs and did a lot of work in the 2.5 hours they were here. They did a true deep clean and got out stains that I didn’t think could be removed. I tried another maid service before (MaidPro) and Marianna’s is by far better. I will definitely use their services again!

I broke my wrist and was unable to clean my own home. Fortunately, Mariano’s stepped up and found two ladies who could help me clean my whole house. They did an excellent job very professional, and my house smelled so beautiful and clean. It was just a pleasure to be in a clean house again.

We needed a one-time deep cleaning of our condo, including hard to reach areas like vaulted ceilings and behind furniture as well as inside all cabinets. Also a scrub down of showers.

A team of two arrived pretty much on time and we’re super friendly. They did such a fabulous job on the showers and loft (which hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in years) in fact they deep cleaned every nook and cranny I was simply amazed how awesome the place looked.

I used Marianna's cleaning services for a couple of years and was disappointed with the responses received from Christina when I had a complaint last month. Instead of delivering high quality service and customer service, it turned into a session about my home, excuses and failed promises of returning to make corrections and stood us up when they said they would be here. Very disappointed especially when they increased their prices a couple of months ago but the quality and customer went down.

I work for a business that has been using Marianna's for years. Today a team showed up even though I had canceled our monthly office cleaning a few months ago. I received a horrible call from their office asking about why I am not letting the team clean. I told her I had canceled the office cleaning service a few months ago. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! SHE INTERUPTED ME, THREATENED ME WITH EXTRA CHARGES. She told me she would search all my calls to see if I really cancelled. I am sure she could clearly see a cleaning has not been done to our office since March of this year. And sure enough she billed me even though I cancelled. I could not believe how rude she was, the poor attitude she had, and to end the call she hung up on me when I was speaking to her. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not use this company!

This company was great! I needed a house cleaning on extremely short notice and they were available. Couldn’t believe it! The ladies arrived ready to work and my house was cleaned to perfection. They did a great job! My only pickle is they charged me more than I would normally pay but I let it pass given it was an unplanned emergency cleaning. I would definitely consider hiring them again and would refer them to friends and family. Thanks guys!
