I was convinced I had AC issues due to some noise I heard, but my usual service provider was closed and not taking weekend emergency calls - it was a Saturday with temperatures expected to soar. Luckily, AirPoint answered and scheduled an appointment for that day. Robert arrived on time and gave the unit a thorough check. Despite it being an older system, he assured me everything was within normal parameters and the noise I heard was just that - gone. The AC worked fine, and I enjoyed a pleasant weekend with temps in the triple digits. What impressed me most was their honesty - they could've charged for work I didn't need, but instead showed quality craftsmanship. Based on this positive experience, I'll definitely be using them for heating and cooling repairs and installations going forward.
