Stellar customer service from the very beginning. OG Stellar that is. I inquired to four (4) businesses to have a quote obtained for an EV CHARGER at home. Out of them, 2M was the ONLY one that came out and did an inspection, took time to explore options for routing the necessary infrastructure, opening light soffits and trying to get a visual plan for our requests for hidden conduit. Willy was amazing to have onboard. He provided options, answered a plethora of my questions, offered up comparisons between hard wire and plug in benefits along with incentives to exercise. At the end of the day based on our experience with 2M - it wouldnt have mattered where the pricing came in. He won our business on old fashion customer service. Day of install - courtesy
Communication provided and ontime. His team showed up and only took 4 hours to complete. Great team work and they even caulked and painted to match the house exterior which was way above and beyond in my opinion.

As a first time home buyer you don't always know how to articulate what you need. I cannot say enough good things about Manny and the team at 2M Electric Inc!. I had spent the morning calling leaving messages all over LA to install outdoor light fixtures. Not only was 2M THE ONLY Company to call back, they scheduled me within 36 hours of my call, Manny was prompt, fair, knowledgable, thorough, and even pointed out things we might want to address down the line. Antony and Paul did an awesome job installing a ceiling fan in my office room. They quickly install the fan itself, also they attached the power to a light switch with the dimmer . I definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again soon!
