When our medical practice needed a Zinsco sub-panel replaced urgently due to insurance issues, they were quick to respond and sent out a technician named Nick as soon as possible. Technician Arthur was right on time, super professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. He was also really fast and clearly knew his stuff.

I have nothing but the best things to say about Dynamic Power Group and their all star electrician Denis. Our townhome community had a problem with a sump pump tripping the circuit for the last 18 months. We worked with prior electricians in the past who had their own ideas on how to resolve it but it wasn't until we worked with Dynamic Power Group we got it resolved. Denis was so incredibly thorough in his analysis and left no stone unturned. It was thanks to this commitment and drive and expertise that the problem was isolated and a solution was finally at hand. We needed to first have our electrical sub-panel inspected for our homeowners insurance. We learned that it was quite old and our insurance would drop us if we didn’t update it. Dave, Alex and Frances were wonderful to work with! They were quick with responses to all questions. They completed the work in the time frame and price quoted. Very professional and the communication was excellent! I highly recommend them!

Just had a horrible experience with one of the electricians they outsource here. He told me a consultation would cost $100. Showed up with 3 other people and they began assessing. They cut a pole and pulled a few wires through to tell me I’d need to run cables around the house to reattach to the circuit. He quoted me $4500 and I said I need to get additional quotes and that I’d pay him for the consult. He then demanded I pay him $600 for the work they did - they were there for 40 minutes. I said I didn’t ask him to bring additional crew and that I wanted a quote. He then asked me how much I paid for my house and said I’m trying to do things that serve myself. I paid $500 for a 40 minute consultation. I won’t be using this company again unfortunately.
