The electrician and his team were fantastic. The job was unique, installing a hot water timer for the kids shower. He was able to quote upfront, the work was very high quality and he followed up to ensure it was working as expected. Great service and quality workmanship. I highly recommend and will use again.

My experience with the electrical work by the electrician was totally satisfactory in several ways. I had two electrical jobs to be done — one was a repair job, and the other was the installation of a new kitchen ceiling light. While the installation could wait a while, the repair was more urgent — several GFI outlets inside and outside the house had no voltage. The electrician returned my call promptly and came directly to my home in less than ten minutes. Although the GFI issue was tricky, he found the source of the problem after detailed circuit tracing in my attic and fixed it. We also discussed the ceiling light installation, which he completed right then. Even though it was physically difficult, it was done quickly and perfectly positioned. This was a completely satisfactory experience — he was immediately available, highly knowledgeable, persistent in finding the problem, and did both jobs in one visit.

This was my first time having electricians coming to my place for electric issue. This morning we blew one of the fuses and was not able to fix it ourselves. Since we never hired electricians before i looked one on google and found this company. They answered my call right away and was able to come on the same day. The electrician and another electrician came within an hour. As soon as they arrive the electrician found the problem and fix it within 10 to 15 min. Also i had some issue on my automatic garage gate. Even though they don't fix automatic gate the electrician checked and made sure that power isn't the issue and also pointed out possibly problem with the gate and gave me some recommendation. The electrician definitely know his stuff. I really appreciate their quick response and fast job. I hope i don't have anymore electric issue but if i do i know who to call.

I got a clear explanation of how the repair charge would be determined and scheduled the appointment. The electrician showed up on time, walked through the issues with me and proposed the fixes. Cyclops Electric is just that a perfect 5 star company. The electrician especially is very understanding and great at solving complicated wiring jobs. Over the summer he was in my attic running wires with the temperature being over 90 that day and got the job done. With my house undergoing a massive renovation in the past few months they are my go to electricians even before my general contractor. They show up and don't complain and have great branded trucks.

While he was there, I realized there was an issue with two other fixtures and he was happy to take a look at them and replace three dimmers even though this meant he was there longer than expected.
