We needed a new furnace after ours broke down on a sweltering LA day and we contacted several HVAC companies for quotes. Top HVAC was the last one we reached out to - my dad actually found a decent coupon for a high-efficiency 96% furnace, so I sent over some photos of our current setup.

Peyton responded quickly with quotes for both 80% and 96% efficiency models; surprisingly, the 96% model still came in cheaper than what other companies were offering. When I mentioned thinking about a furnace with higher BTUs, Peyton explained that we wouldn't need anything bigger for our home - it was refreshing to get honest advice from them.

After some research, I realized that other companies were trying to upsell us on unnecessary equipment. So when the technician came out the next week to take measurements and inspect everything, I appreciated their professionalism and attention to keeping our home comfortable despite the heat.

The installation took around 6 hours, but it was worth it. Bryce and his team arrived early, were very professional, and seemed to know what they were doing. Before leaving, they showed me where the filter was located and walked me through how to use the thermostat. Overall, I had a great experience with Top HVAC and would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs in LA - I've also heard great things from friends about their work on tankless water heaters.
