For 15 years I have tried various carpet cleaners. Two days ago I called A Clean Slate. I needed my tile and carpet cleaned. They did an amazing job on both. They showed so much care for my house. If you want absolutley clean floors by extremely profesional and friendly cleaners then try them. They also have really great prices. I know for a fact I will always call them to do anything that I need done!

Hired Mark and his crew to unlock the hidden geometric art contained within our 60 year-old slate entryway. Always arriving early to the project, Mark is a caring meticulous pro who provided us with great results as well as a education about slate when used as a flooring. He utilized non-toxic, biodegradable chemical and high-power trailer-mounted mechanical cleaning to soften and then pry off the coating tomb of decades of dry brown shellac. Mark also replaced some failed grout with perfectly color-matched polymerized material. We plan to hire him again for other cleaning as well as on a bi-yearly basis for routine floor maintenance. Paid Mark a 10% performance bonus with pleasure.

I believe the photo speaks for itself. The windows in our 70+ year old home had major hard water stains / calcium deposits on them. My husband and I were very pleased with the results and their professionalism. We were considering replacing the multiple window glasses until a friend recommended them. We were glad we called.

Surprised to read so many reviews about their friendly customer service. I met them at a house with a problems that they'd been hired to work in. They didn't let us know they wanted the carpets pre vacuumed and cleaned. While there the older gentleman grunted a bit, said it was basic common sense and left in a huff. If he'd taken the time to be nice, we could have made future arrangements with him.

I wouldn't recommend them, but can't comment on anything other than their customer service.

I am watching this very professional crew of young men along with the owner working on my windows and the windows are spotless. Their attention to detail is amazing. They even clean and vacuum out the window frame. Later this week they will be back to professionally clean my floor and counter tops, the grout and tiles will look like they are brand new. I highly recommend their services.

For reference-he even services the burger franchise chain Five Guys within the area, and you can probably guess how greasy things get with them!

As the phrase goes...Bring food for one they will eat one day. Teach them how to fish and they will be able to sustain for the rest of their lives. Mark has taught me how to fish and his expertise and experience will be utilized from now on to keep my own home clean for years and years to come.

Very very good job cleaning my sectional couch, bedroom carpet, lazy boy chair, and two area rugs. Very reasonable price. The owner and crew were friendly, professional, and worked thoroughly on all areas. Turned out clean, and looking brand new. I will definitely be using this company again. Marc and his guy did an amazing job on my carpet. I have 4 teens and 2 large dogs so there’s lots of traffic throughout my home. High traffic areas looked flat and lifeless. Now my carpet looks almost new. They were punctual, courteous and professional. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Wow. Mark and his crew just left a few hours ago, and I still can't get over how great our 15 year old home looks. We have two dogs and live in a three bedroom, 1900 square foot house tiled throughout except for the bedrooms. I was certain I would have to replace the carpets and the grout was crumbling in a couple of areas. Mark assured me the carpet was good quality and would hold up well. He also promised to fix the grout. I was pleasantly surprised with a fair and reasonable estimate. They arrived on time and 3 men worked nearly 4 hours transforming my floors to a near new condition. Excellent customer service from the moment I inquired about carpet cleaning for my home. Mark and Joshua were very kind and did a fantastic job! They took their time, worked on stains if they found any and protected the base boards/walls from their hoses (which I appreciated :) I would highly recommend these pros!

A Clean Slate

Mark and his crew done an Exceptionally wonderful job on my shower, which was so filthy and they also worked on my 3 bathrooms, which were extremely dirty. Thank you Mark for caulking, re-grouting the shower area, it looks sparkling clean and beautiful. It saved me lots of extra expenses and time.
They not only cleaned the bathrooms but left sparkling clean shower doors, which looked brand new. Mark also cleaned around toilets and removed and replaced all caulking without me even asking for it. Mark also cleaned my tile floors, tile and grout looks brand new. It was an A + job.
They also cleaned countertops and sinks, re-caulked the sink areas. One surprise, they cleaned my garage floors, removed a big shelf, then after cleaning the garage floor, put it back. It was really a pleasant surprise, as I had just left for lunch and after I came back, garage floor was shining and smelling clean, Mark done this without charge. They also help me put a kitchen stove outside.
They also cleaned the windows, after they done cleaning, my windows looked brand new. House smells fresh and beautiful. Mark and his crew are professional, courteous, respectful, positive, kind, and friendly. I recommend A Clean Slate to homeowners, businesses, and all others, who would like a diligent company who cleans and cares about their customers.

Mark and his team were professional, friendly, and made sure our "new to us" home was very clean. I didn't plan well enough ahead of time and Mark was kind enough to squeeze us in on the weekend. He deep cleaned our carpet and tile. Gave suggestions on how to maintain the floors to keep them looking great. Will definitely call again when we want another deep clean on the floors!

The owner Mark and his team members (Mary, Chris, and Rudy) have done a tremendously great job.

They were on timely, very dedicated. They transformed our indoor and outdoor rugs, upholstery, outdoor pillows, and much more. They made our furniture, rugs etc like NEW. I took a lot of picture and videos during cleaning and at the end. The pictures & videos showed the immense difference.
