Mark and his team at "A Clean Slate" were awesome. it has been hard to find people that will come out and do an excellent job cleaning your carpet, keeping the promise that they stated over the phone and in person, and doing it with good customer service and at an affordable price. He met and exceeded all our expectations and even made my mother-in-law happy. Please give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

I was given a quote of $55 for rug cleaning. I even messaged at around 8:30 AM to confirm, and when I asked for an estimated time of arrival, I wasn’t given one. I called to follow up, and my call was ignored. When he finally answered, he said he was behind but would be there by 12 PM.

When he arrived, he suddenly added an extra $25 charge for “pet urine,” something that was never mentioned or asked about during the original call. This should have been disclosed upfront.

Overall, very unprofessional experience. Poor communication, hidden fees, and bad service. Do NOT hire.
