If I had the opportunity to rethink my decision to have Western Homes build my house, I would go with a different builder. The company has not met any of their ‘stated’ timelines, they have not produced a quality product and refuse to provide a completion date. I have had to extend the construction loan twice, and pay penalties on the loan, due to the lack of completion. They broke ground in September 2017 and as of now, cannot provide a completion date even though they provided a statement that the ‘process’ would be completed approximately 8 weeks after the cabinets were installed. That was done at the end of May 2018, and it has now been 14 weeks. Getting anything done is like pulling teeth. Communication with the owner and his contractor, Jay Bains, does not happen unless you instigate, via email, and insist on a reply back. They will not install or make arrangements for utilities, you should not expect that they will do that for you. Do not believe that they will complete any build within their advertised time line of 30 weeks. Expect to have to review all of their work, before completion, and provide them with numerous lists of items to be addressed. My current list has been with them since June 2018, and I keep adding to it. Expect to hear, from Mr Bains, the ‘you should just live with...’ any defect you find and that the repair or fix would be worse than what you have. I will be issuing a complaint with the contractors board, against the company and Mr Bains, for false advertising, poor construction quality and failure to meet expected timelines. Not to mention their sub contractors stealing items from the job site and drinking while on the job site. So, unless you want to review their work daily, and be on-site every day of the build, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Yes the models are nice and the sales staff are helpful and non pressure, but once you move to the building portion of your house get ready! Western will drag their feet on EVRRYTHING! My home was supposed to be done in February then it was first week of March and we are in April now and No one has even touched my house in weeks. There should be multiple sub contractors on site to work on these houses but there is only one with several week gaps in between. So frustrating! They need new aggressive management that cares and maybe Western can save their reputation. Everyone told me not to go with Western but they had the best price and I had no choice.

I live in the 2003 Ponderosa model from Western homes. 6 bed, 4 bath, 3 car garage, approx 2800 sq ft. The original roof and dual HVAC units are still in great condition. No cracks in the stucco. Amazing quality especially for the price. Very happy with this house. They have also recently helped me to reduce my homeowners insurance. Wonderful organization. I highly recommend Western homes for you next build.

Jose, as usual, was congenial, professional, knowledgeable and fixed a problem I wasn’t expecting; a true professional. I’m very comfortable recommending him to anyone who wants the job done right.

Frank did a wonderful job telling us what to expect..but, when it came to financing..Apparently all of a sudden we don't hear from nobody..at least let us know that the financing didn't pull through, had the guys come out to take measurements and then don't come on the of because of financing..nobody called or texted us about anything..i had to reach out a few times about it..plus 24k for a whole new system is seriously wack..

Jesse was very knowledgeable and was able to immediately diagnose what needed to be fixed and showed me where the leaks were coming from. I would definitely use him again!

Jeff provided an in-depth report on our attic ducting, old unit installation, what needs to be done with detailed pictures and explaination. Because of his presentation , we have decided to use LeesAir to replace, unit, ducting, vents, additional exchange.

Austin and Jesus did an amazing job repairing our AC and duct system! They were always professional and worked fast to make sure our family was comfortable!

This was the annual maintenance of our HVAC. Severo is always on time, never rushes, and is very thorough. He painstakingly cleans and makes whatever adjustments need to be made to ensure the system works flawlessly. Our HVAC runs like a well-oiled machine!

I had Javier check out the plumbing service issue that has with house I just bought. He did his best to try to fix the issue the problem is with house their more than just plumbing. He Explains everything and was more willing help really appreciate it.

Very happy with my new HVAC installation that replaced aging equipment. From first evaluation/design to final installation, Lee’s representatives and installers were professional and skilled. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Derek came for my AC maintenance. I think he was ok. I asked about the ducts and he said by looking at the previous pictures, it might not be the most efficient and can be replaced to make it more efficient. The previous maintenance guy (Alfredo) in the same company always checked the ducts as well and he was very thorough. He literally checked everything. But Derek didn’t check the duct system himself this time. Not sure if that’s normal or not.

Excellent customer service. Jimmy performed maintenance on our unit. He was polite, professional and answered all my questions. I’d rate him with more than five stars if I could👍.
