I was having problem with my water getting hot, I called them and they were out the same day. Not only was Ruben super professional he also gave me the best deal possible and explained in detail what he was doing. I am so happy, I will continue to always be a customer they have helped me every time that I have called them. And it was actually cheaper than if I were going to call a private person. I’ve tried that before and it has not worked in the past. Thank you again I am always going to use Lee’s plumbing and air they are very very reasonable, and they always try to give you the best deal. I called a few places to get pricing for regular maintenance since my unit is a bit older. I received a quick response from Lee's. Price seemed fair. On the day of service, Nikolas explain every step as he was inspecting and repairing my unit. Staff was very respectful and over all great customer service.

Plumbing repairs were completed timely and appear to be well done. Best part were the employees - from the lady who answered the phone to Corey and Sean who did the repairs. All were polite, helpful and businesslike. Corey and Sean were friendly and went right to work. Great job. Seems likes a great company.

Luis was so great and explained everything that needed to be repaired and shared pics with me. I found out my unit was old and thought "here we go with you really need a new unit" but that wasn't it.

Lee’s Air is a great company. I feel very comfortable with their technicians. Today Christopher communicated with us before he arrived. He gave us a link which showed us exactly where he was. Upon arrival he was friendly, professional and the service was timely. I trusted his recommendations.

Francisco was very thorough in his review of the problem with our AC system. He took pictures of the parts he replaced before and after the replacement. He explained all the repair package options available and he did not pressure me to go for one or another. I would definitely do business with Lee's again.

Pao was very professional. Arrived promptly and was knowledgeable. Sympathetic to our needs and explained the process in layman’s terms. Steve, salesperson, was excellent. Arrived within 30 minutes and also, very professional, personable and guided us with all details and explained all options available, including financing. We are truly grateful for Lee’s Air and the entire team, Jesse, Armando, Raul and Jonathan all have done an excellent job with AC, ducts and water heater installation.

Excellent turnaround! Called in a work order for my furnace on Friday and by Saturday at 8:30 am the technician was at my door. Aaron is very polite and well-mannered. He slipped on his shoe covers right as he entered the door and got straight to work. He was very clear with me about the issue that the furnace has. He gave me an estimated date as to when the service would be completed. The issue is not fully resolved yet, but overall I highly recommend this company.

Although it is listed in Madera they are not in Madera and will charge $500 dollars to drive 20 minutes to Madera. I will never use this place again because they were not clear on the phone, the lady talked quickly and did make herself clear. The only reason they got 2 stars is because there was not a problem with what they actually did.

I search through Angi and redirected me to you guys and after explaining what was wrong with my water heater they said that I am outside the coverage area--- I don't get it it Angi asked for the address and you reach to me and on top of that you already were asking for details about my issue then rejected me... you guys should put the coverage area before asking to many question to end up stating that you cannot do the job

Had a new system installed and the guys did a good job. The problem I had was they left a mess and water all over the tile. I called and the lady I spoke to was able to send one of the guys back out to clean it but the guys attitude was terrible. Clearly upset he had to come back but if it wasn't missed in the first place I wouldn't have had to call.
Update: received a call from Justin (one of the techs) apologizing. I appreciate him reaching out and making things right. That's the kind of customer service you want. Changing this to 5 stars.

I have had two air conditioning units replaced over the last twenty years and lee's has been the contractor both times. Of course things have gotten very expensive, but that is beyond their control and I was extremely happy with the service they provided.

They were able to diagnose the problem, arrange for financing, and get the installation of a brand new energy efficient rooftop unit all accomplished in a single day, having only been contacted that morning.

All of the staff I worked with were extremely friendly and knew their jobs very well.

The individual who did the diagnostic was great, as was the individual whot alked to us about financing, and the installers themselves too.

Upon completion, I received a package in the mail from Lee's and was very pleasantly surprised to see that it continued a very nice lunch bag and a package of excellent gourmet cookies.

I found this to be very surprising and thoughtful, and it was greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend you contact them if you need help with your air conditioning, but be careful if trying to schedule online after hours.

I believe I was initially purposefully misdirected by google - lee's had nothing to do with this - to schedule an appointment with another vendor, so make sure you know you're scheduling with lee's if that's what you intend.

If it is after hours and you want to try lee's, I suggest that you call them first thing in the morning.
