Really fast service on my air conditioning system. Provided photos of problems, resolutions & constantly communication. Their pricing is really good, the maintenance plan they offer is a no brainer. They repaired my AC problems same day & serviced it as well.

I never do reviews. But the service from this shop was sufficiently exceptional. I took my Echo string trimmer in for repair a month ago. It was repaired in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. Unfortunately it failed again so I took it back. They re-repaired within 36 hours and refused to accept any payment even for parts. Now works perfectly. I rarely get this quality of service. Unreservedly recommend

After going first to 2 other places locally for estimates that had good reviews, I wasn't sure who to trust or go with to replace old carpet and laminant for 3/4 of our house that we bought a decade ago. Based on its great reviews, I went to J&M for a third estimate and they proved the best option for us. Based on prior sales pitches, I was torn between vinyl and laminate plank options, and Hoss and his dad, Joe, answered every question and gave me good pros/cons of each from a professional standpoint based on over a decade of jobs (and how they held up long-term or potential problems). The rest of their staff in the office was also a pleasure to deal with since I went back a couple times to get samples and re-inspect options (there were so many, and not an obvious 'best bang for your buck' choice for us initially). Once we decided and the product arrived, Hoss was accurate in his predictions on availability and job completion. The installers did a great job, and were easy to work with (and tried to minimize the disruption on our family's workflow). Even when a surprise came up when they removed old carpet and found an old baseboard staple lodged in a washer drain pipe, they gave me good advice on next steps and reliable/affordable plumbers that might be available. The flooring price was reasonable compared to other estimates, and there was no extra charge for using a credit card. Looking back, everybody I worked with (8-9 in all, including workers (including, Jeremy was there every day and an A+ worker), office staff, owners, salesman and job manager) was professional, courteous and responsive to every question via calls, text, and email. This is a great, Valley-owned business to support.

I trust Álvaro with all of our home's electric issues. He helped us to troubleshoot and eventually replace a Tesla wall charger, improving upon the work done by a different electrician (not of Gomez Electric). He installed five ceiling fans in my home and they are all running smoothly and independently. He has also replaced several recessed ceiling lights for us, correcting small wiring issues inherent to our home along the way.

Álvaro is professional and courteous. He treats my home with respect, always bringing and using shoe covers on both him and his associate. On a day when it was raining heavily, he first dried his equipment in our garage to ensure he would not bring water into the house. He cleaned up thoroughly after each job. Highly recommended.

This company was responsive and accommodating when listening to customer wishes/needs. I will say of all the quotes I received they were the highest bid. Typically you choose the least expensive option. That would have been a terrible mistake. They were punctual, finished the job faster than quoted and went above and beyond. Our quote included new baseboards. It gave our old home a complete face lift. Highly recommend.

They came to my house and picked up five (5) yard tools from my home several months ago and I was told that parts were ordered. Now they will not return my texts or phone calls. I am missing a pressure washer, a roto tiller, two chain saws and a hedge trimmer. I have called and texted many times, not response. Bad business. I have asked them to return my equipment. No reply. Still had not returned my tools after almost done year. This guy is a thief.

Juan did a wonderful job communicating with me from the start. I was shopping around and I am glad I chose J and M to replace the carpet, put new carpet in, and also install tile in our house. They do quality work. The secretary Hilary was also very helpful in helping with the selection of carpet. All the workers that installed our carpet and tile are diligent and hard working. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. This is a family owned business and it is fantastic.

I highly reccommend this company! I live out of the area will be putting my Coarsegold home up for sale in the near future. There were wrinkles in the upstairs carpet due to poor installation by another carpet company and I thought that the carpet may be beyond repair. J & M Floor Covering ’s owner Joe Sr’s advice and help were invaluable!
He suggested re-stretching and then cleaning the carpet. His technician Justin expertly re-stretched the carpet in many places which removed all of the wrinkles. Joe Sr and Joe Jr then cleaned the carpet and it looks like new! I am a retired contractor myself and realize how rare it is to find a company with such integrity, work ethic and professionalism. I know that I could not have made a better choice than calling J & M Floor Covering.
