Used them for my kitchen remodeled and they did an excellent job. The Project Manager along with all the workers were great and very professional. Amazing workmanship and looks so beautiful. Would definitely use them again and refer to friends.

Renaissance Restoration helped remodel our house when we moved into our new house. The process was seamless. We called in and spoke to the customer service team who was very helpful, responsive, and respectful. The office manager, Tamera set us up with project manager who oversaw all of our needs and made sure all of the work was done correctly and accomplished within the timeline. The demo team were precise and respectful of the surrounding areas that were not being demoed. They cleaned up after their work. They had someone inspect the work to make sure that the project was completed correctly and consulted with me to see if it was up to my standards. The new flooring, framing, windows, etc. were all up and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They helped outsource work with connections and connections from reliable contractors to help me with my roof at a reasonable rate. Overall, I am so glad that I chose them for my restoration needs. I wasn’t treated just like another number or project, I was treated like a person, who was constantly communicated with. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

J&M Flooring was fantastic from start to finish! They responded quickly to our inquiry and had someone out in no time to get the job done. They replaced our carpet beautifully and also cleaned and sealed the grout in our tiled floors—everything looks like new! Their team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Joe did a really good job with cleaning my carpets and also stretching them in areas that needed it. He was prompt and affordable. I highly recommend him. I also found out that he installs carpet too. I will definitely use him to install new carpet in the near future. He also traveled to the Oakhurst area at no extra cost. I had an 8:30 AM appt this morning with "Gary". I rearranged MY schedule so I would be available at 8:30 AM. When he was 5 minutes late I called and I said: we have an 8:30 appointment where are you?" And he had no excuse, no apologies just "oh GPS says I'll be there is 8 minutes"
So that would be around 20 MINUTES LATE FOR OUR APPOINTMENT.
When I pointed this out he became VERY defensive-and remember NO apologies for being late OR in the inconvenience-and said' "well, we just won't show up then"...like a petulant CHILD.

I said "that's a great idea" and hung up.

I make MY living with appointments-I RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME and IF I'm going to be OVER 5 MINUTES LATE I CALL AS A COURTESY to my client.
Apparently this company has no such moral compass and couldn't care less about making the customer happy which would've been easily accomplished with a simple apology a "Mia culpa" but that was way too much for his unprofessional.

They did the best job on our carpets. Very professional, on time, friendly. Will definitely use them again and I will recommend them to others
