We felt that there was a problem with the airflow and the air quality circulating in the office. There were rooms which didn’t receive enough cold air and there were areas where people sneezed because of the air. We knew that it was an extensive service, so we decided to call the heating and cooling service company for their assistance. They sent one of their repairmen to our address, and he arrived promptly. He did a great job of removing the blockages from the ducts, and he improved the airflow tremendously. It didn’t cost much for such a great job.

The tech found that our auxiliary heat strips were staying on unnecessarily. Fixing the stuck sequencer is going to save us a lot of money this winter

Today, Mauricio served as our maintenance technician for the air conditioner. After cleaning the filters and coils of the compressor and doing a thorough inspection of all of its components, he made sure that it was operating properly. Pleasant and accommodating in every way.

I loved the fact that the tech took photos of the cracked heat exchanger to show me exactly why the unit was unsafe to run. It made a difficult decision to replace the furnace much easier to process.

Great experience with their yearly maintenance plan. They caught a bulging capacitor before it actually popped and left us in the heat. Definitely worth the peace of mind to avoid breakdowns.
