His team spent time cleaning each window to ensure it was clean before going on to another window. Would definitely recommend his team and services. The process: Ben, a Pink's representative, responded to my text after I saw a sign advertising their services in Riviera Village. We set an appointment to meet for a job estimate. Photos were taken around and inside our house; I received an estimate the same day.
The Outcome: Absolutely outstanding work. Riley and Tony were exactly on time for our appointment and it only got better from there. We reviewed the work to be done and they got started straight away to clean outside and inside windows, screens, and five skylights on out two story home with several very high windows. Their work was magic. The windows disappeared. Their technique is interesting; no soap but crystal clear glass after cleaning nonetheless. They use deionized water that they bring in tanks. No big ladders, just long poles and microfiber pads for washing and microfiber cloths for drying. Riley and Tony were friendly, very respectful, and even wore shoe coverings while inside. They were in constant motion resulting in way better than expected results. No streaks, no smudges, just perfectly clean windows. Very impressive. No other company that we have used comes close to the overall service Pink's provides.

I can not say enough good things about this company and the people working with it. They responded immediately to every text/e mail. They came exactly as they promised. The guys were the nicest, most considerate and careful guys you could ever ask for. The job was beyond great! Our home sparkles! I don’t think people realize what a difference clean windows, screens and sills make in your home! And they cleaned the roof. Highly recommend this company. We will definitely have them back. I highly recommend hiring Pink's Windows South Bay. I had my windows cleaned inside and out and also had them clean my screens. My windows and screens look like new after Miles and his coworker completed the job. They were extremely careful not to create any mess (they even wear booties in the house). Arrived on time, finished on time (2 hours) and were very courteous and friendly too. Ben, the owner, really understands that Customer Service is the key to any business, including window washing. As I stated before, I highly recommend hiring Pink's Windows South Bay.
