As a nonprofit that providing food an clothing to our neighbors in need, it is vital that we have clean supply center and staffing hub. Naturally Green does a great job.

I believe that all businesses have the right to prosper and it is not lightly that I choose to leave such a poor rating but I am a very dissatisfied customer and hope to spare others of the steep expense that yielded absolutely no results. I initially phoned them to let them know that we have two dogs and the carpets were quite dirty and I wasn't sure if "natural" was the way to go ... but they assured me that they have unique technology and that they would do everything possible to make sure I was happy with the results. They would not provide a quote over the phone so I had them come out and was stunned when the quote was over $500 for ONLY 3 med sized area rugs, 2 med sized runners and a tiny walk-in closet... when he saw how shocked I looked he told me he could do it for $413 - still steep but if we can actually have clean carpets without toxic chemicals and that is just the cost of it.. well then, we will just have to suck it up. When the technician was finished, I inspected the carpets (which are light tan) and told him that they still looked very dark... but he absolutely assured me that they will lighten when they dry. Well, they never did. In fact, the carpets looked as if they hadn't been cleaned at all! I then called to let them know that I was very disppointed and it took them over a month to get back to me (said that owner was out of country) and he told me not to worry ... that he just needed to talk to his tech and then would do everything possible to make sure I am satisfied. After more and more weeks passed, they had their office girl call to let me know that they would only be willing to split it with me... so basically I am being bribed $200 into not writing a negative review. They were clearly not banking on a customer with integrity. I suppose I will never know if the other positive reviews that led me to use this service were legit... all I know is that I have egg on my face and am out $400.
