The team was very professional in every way. They showed the utmost respect for my home. Even the tairdown was done very neatly with minimal noise and disruption.

I just had a wonderful lady put all my clothes in cardboard closets. Her name was Sandy Tocsano and she worked very hard because I had an awful lot of clothes. She was also very pleasant to work with.

A Leaky wayerheater damaged a wall and seeped into an adjacent room. Nightmare right? Actually wasn't too bad.

ServPro was a preferred vendor of my homeowner's insurance. After calling their 800 number they passed my info along to the local servicing franchise. They were responsive, professional, courteous and self contained.

Danny my ServPro project manager was a pleasure to work with very personable and professional. The whole process was relatively painless. The water damaged and moldy drywall and other materials were removed, the area was thoroughly contained and dried and tested came back negative for microbals. Yay!

Now if I can just get that wall put back together...

Hopefully you never have to find yourself in a situation like I did, but I can assure you, if you're in any need of emergency cleanup assistance you won't find another more sympathetic and empathetic team than here. Danny and Orlando, thank you for doing what you do. Your professionalism, technical knowledge, and communication helped one of the most difficult times someone would ever have to go through bearable. Overwhelmed and alone, trying to figure out what to do, you helped me take that first step towards healing. That I will never forget Danny. Can't thank you enough.

Wow! kudos to Salvador and Martin from ServPro of Manteca. They are consummate professionals who quickly cordoned off the area and remediated mold from the dry wall--all while providing photographs of their work-in-progress. A final punctuation to their applied expertise came with the air quality results--Passed with flying colors. No one wants mold in their homes, it tends to be an awful affair. But with such professionals as Salvador and Martin, there is comfort in knowing you are in good hands. Thank You Serve Pro.

Chose this company to do post restoration cleaning of my house after wood floor restoration and total painting of the inside of the house. They did an excellent job with cleaning up the dust from floor sanding. The house sparkles with the clean, toilets, faucets, showers and windows! It meets expectations and exceeds them. Sandy, Kristina, Stephanie and Steven were happy, kind to this old lady in the walker, and all around champs at representing their company!

We called for flooding on the first floor. The team came and was fast and professional. Especially Francisco Acuña, he was very helpful went above and beyond with explaining everything and answering all our questions. He helped give us some peace of mind during this very stressful experience. Francisco did the best job and his professionalism definitely made the biggest difference with this experience. Servpro came to fix an existing leak from when the house was bought. Water restoration was great. Repairs were good but had a few more issues. A recurring leak happened about 3 times requiring SERVPRO to return and cleanup and repair again.

Now this may seem like a one star issue and before this I had done that. But whenever I called Servpro, they came. Most of the time within 60 minutes of me calling about another leak from the repairs. They never charged a dime and abided by every request we made through the process.
I give 3 stars for the fact we did have 3 recurring leaks from there repairs. BUT they always came, never complained, and made the house look brand new.

I called in because my water line broke on my fridge. I called panicked and unsure of my next steps. Alexandra helped me and walked me through the process and helped me get everything taken care off. I appreciate Servpro for their help and professionalism during my moment of panic.
