DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! I would bet anyone who gave this company a decent review is a friend/relative writing false reviews. Friday 8/09 3:10 pm I called and left a voicemail asking for an appt to clean my carpet asap. I received a call back at 3:15pm and I set an appt for the following day Saturday 8/10 @ 9am. He asked me to text him my name and address which I did and he replied/confirmed the appt.
It is now Saturday 8/10 and my 9am appt has come and gone. No one has shown up!!!
9:10 am I texted asking when he is going to show up
9:30 am I texted asking him let me know if he is coming or not so I can find another company.
My furniture is in my garage and I pretreated my carpet!
9:47am I called and left him a voicemail. Again I asked for an eta.
It is now almost 11 am and I have not received a call back or a reply to my texts.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I called this company. If I had seen the reviews before I called I would have never called much less considered allowing this company in my home. Do not make the mistake of calling this company.
Change the scoring and allow us to give NO STARS!

They did a great job, but since I live in a fifth wheel I asked to make sure it was going to be dry and it’s taking Three days to dry and it still is a little damp his machine shut off because it got too hot and you left my floor soaking wet. I wouldn’t have him back again.

Very responsible and work done in a very professional manner. Carpet was left in brand new condition. Very happy with the results. Will definitely call them again.

Sergio and his team made our kitchen and entryway grout shine

Beware with this carpet cleaning company. The gentleman averaged a price and when he came to clean the carpets he wanted to charge me more than what it was. Typical Latino always wanting to get more money from everyone. But if you were white, don't take it. Please don't do business with this company.He was 11/2 hr late and he didn't even call, I had to call him. He started fighting with me and my son. Half a price 200 dollars when he came to see my carpet later he wanted to charge me 315. When with Sergio he is not a man of words. You write Iam Puerto Rican but I am a men of my word. You came to my house 2 or 3 weeks early and see all the rooms in the house and you give a price of 200 dollars. Then today you want to charge me 315. The only want in here it a cower is you. You the want to start screaming at use. My son was defending me.
The only way you know I was Puerto Rican is because I have my had on.
You call yesterday to change the time at 8am in the morning. You came at 945 no call at least.
You need to practice better business. If you give a costumer a price you need to keep your word. I will be calling the BBB on Monday.
I call Stanley Steemer the give me the same price. The came on time. You wife was never in danger. You put you wife in danger by the way you was driving.

Sergio is amazing, same day clean and quote. He assess the needs, and he knows what the stain and smell is, to treat accordingly. He is transparent about percentage of clean. Best deal and service in town.

This individual is not professional at all. He definitely likes to bait and switch on you. Honestly, I don’t even think he’s licensed in the state of CA. Make sure to add $100 to whatever price you are originally quoted at.

Edit: since “the business” wants to rudely response: 1. It wasn’t about the money, it’s the fact that you quoted one price and then change it. If you don’t know how much to charge, then You should only quote while on site. I bought myself a Kirby and did myself.
2. I looked on the California Secretary of State BBB; there is no record of your “business” in Manteca.

I recommend this business to anyone who wants fast, efficient, honest, professional carpet cleaning. They came early (of course they called to confirm it was ok) and were in and out with the same quality as other carpet cleaners I have hired. They also removed the pet stains and odors I thought would be difficult! Overall an amazing job! Thank you!

Was 40 minutes late.Cleaned most of the carpet good but in one area as the owner said his machine left streaks in the carpet once it dried. Owner, Sergio became belligerent and blamed me for using his two room advertised special. Said he would not come out and redo the area. Called me cheap because I used his Ad special. Don’t use his service. Response to the owner. the carpet was not that dirty we just wanted a clean before the holiday and as far as telling me about further service he never did offered another service just verified his machine left the streaks/ lines in the carpet and said it wasn’t worth his time to come back.charged me $75 not the $59 as advertised. I have before and after video thanks to indoor home surveillance. Not very honest Sergio

I just recently got my whole house done, they did a really amazing job and made all of my carpet look good as new. Now i have a permit place to call when i need my carpet clean, trust me you won't be disappointed 👍👍
