Response time for my inquiry was very fast. They made me a same-day appt for the estimate. Two days later my house was being serviced by professional people who provided quality work. I believe my whole experience was exceptional. I would hire them again. Excellent job! I was very impressed at completion of the job! My house was about to be listed for sale, and after 20 years, it needed a good cleaning outside. The guys did their softwash on the entire house and the concrete and decking, front and back; what a difference! Definitely adds curb appeal! Would definitely recommend!

First and foremost, litterially ran in to them cleaning our neighbors house. Looking at their truck decal it mentioned Solar cleaning. So I asked if they could clean ours. They said sure.

Did our solar panels and it wasn't great..IT WAS Excellent. Priced was responsible compared to other companies.

My wife needed their corporate building cleaned, so I told her about Art and this company. She my wife was very impressed as was the CEO with their work.

Now, today called to schedule for a cleaning expectation of next week. Trevor said how's today in 2 hours? Sure I said.

Very professional with their time, they arrived early and they cleaned all my 21 solar panels very good. Before and after photos were included when they sent me the invoice. They have a company vehicle with their name on it so it is a legit one that does cleaning like this. I highly recommend them and will use from now moving forward. Art Diaz was nice and polite. I cannot stress enough how professional Trevor, Art, and the rest of the staff were. I accepted the estimate (which was amazingly easy to get) and within 10 minutes Trevor called me to schedule. They were able to come out the very next day! Art called me about the time he was supposed to arrive to let me know they had been delayed and he would send me a message when he was on the way (which he did). They did an excellent job cleaning the solar panels, spraying the growth on my shingles, and even blew out debris from under the solar panels. When you want the best, you go to Shamblin. Trevor has been in the business a LONG time and knows everything there's is to know about pressure washing, soft washing, and roof washing. If he can't do it, no one can.

Solar panels I minimally hosed off throughout the years, but now they're like brand new and immediately saw it producing more.
