The only pool place I will get my chlorine and all my supplies for a reliable place very nice people very friendly I recommend it for anybody who has a pool or above ground pool 😉

Pool services were transfered to this company as previous company shut down their service dept. My pool is dirty and now conveniently my vac isn't performing as usual! Will be seeking services elsewhere!!!!

Excellent service! Very knowledgeable. They adjust their service according to your needs. We've been with them for 5 yrs. Never a problem.

Helpful staff even though they didn't have the anti siphon valve I was needing. Recommended MidCal and they had the part.

I already canceled my service yet they keep charging me.
It appears each time I call to ask about the charges the person at the billing department conveniently is out of office.

ZERO stars. “Service” was an absolute joke.. chemical only service and My pool had no chemicals in it...? Service tech was caught threatening my dog with a pool chair. Luckily for him I wasn’t the one who saw it. Place knew nothing, my pool sweep that ive had for 2 years that worked like a charm previously, wasn’t working... they said it wasn’t working because it wasn’t compatible with my pool/pump.... if u are looking for a pool company, PLEASE look elsewhere!! I recommend A&W pool!!

Someone came to my house 5/6/20. Charged me $150 to clean filter grids. Pressure is still high on filter and water has been cloudy since they came out. Now I have to hire another pool place to find out what they did or didn't do. Their technician left the by pass valve open and the backwash valve handle pulled up. He broke the grounding wire. Very bad service.

After having a spa put in by a scamming contractor Jason Jarman, Angels Camp, we had a lot of problems getting it to run properly. We contacted Vintage Pools, Manteca to try and help us. It was a Hayward system improperly installed and dimensioned we found out after many months of trouble shooting. Rick from Hayward was a true trouper here. Absolutely a fantastic help and still willing to answer questions. Vintage Pools was contracted to install a Hayward Sense & Dispense System. It was quite a process due to their lack of knowledge. I even overheard Jeff complain about all the education he had to attend all the time!! A few times they had to come back because they had "forgotten" to connect some wires or flip a switch! Needless to say that they never made a trip without it costing me $147 service min fee! System is in and now I just need an annual filter cleaning and tune up. So I call up Debbie to get on their schedule. It takes me two days and voice messages and an email before I get a reply: "sorry, but we don't feel we can meet your needs so we will recommend you to someone else!" WTH? I was the one dealing with your incompetence and are willing to still give you my business!! Please ,RUN AWAY AND DO NOT ENGAGE VINTAGE POOLS...

Vintage Pools and More bought out the previous service. Vintage Pools and More has been a great disappointment. The service they provide is very poor. My pool has been left dirty two of the three times they have been here for the so-called service. I have called the headquarters and even had a supervisor come out to see the condition of the pool after these so called services. It seems they don't need the business because there has been no change in the quality of the product. I thought the pool was due for service later in the day I took the video. It turned out the pool service had been there the day before and that is how they left it. i am paying for "Full Service" they seem to think I am paying for "Fool Service". Look elsewhere for you pool service needs, Vintage Pools and More is so much LESS. Poor, Very Very Poor.

Went in the store to buy a couple of items. Service received by the lady shaking her salad so aggressively, was not welcoming nor friendly. I could say a bit racist. However there was another nice lady with dark hair that came out to help me out and finish the transactions. Suggestion: please help your customers kindly.. for the nice lady that helped me I am upgrading from 1 star to 3. Thanks
