Very fast communication and via text as well.
The leak repair was reasonably priced considering they came out the same day.
However the water heater quote proposed was overpriced.
They use white Bradford and do not cost more than any other water heater

Brock was here within 15 minutes which is a great help when you can't use your water! He was professional and explained every phase of the job, what he was doing and why. He took lots of pictures under the house. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. I would totally recommend Tony's Plumbing.

Brock , who is the technician, very knowledgeable about the water heater system . He explained very clearly upfront the possible issue and how he is going to go about troubleshooting to find the root cause . He provided several options for me to pick. Since my system was over 10 years old , I decided to replace the whole unit. Brock was very efficient and got everything replaced the same day. I highly recommend Tony’s plumbing for their services.

We called on Monday morning for a faucet installation and a leaking kitchen sink. The office staff was very polite and eager to assist. Tuesday afternoon our plumber, Tyler, showed up and handled the project with professionalism and explained every step of the process to my wife. I found Tony’s Plumbing through my water heater manufacturer’s website because I wanted a professional who was specifically knowledgeable about my Rheem water heater—and I’m so glad I did.

They were able to come out the very next day. Benjamin arrived with the biggest smile, was extremely personable, and instantly made the experience comfortable. He even parked thoughtfully without blocking any driveways, which I really appreciated.

Once in the garage, he inspected my water heater, which was showing error codes—even though it’s a new build and shouldn’t be having issues. That’s exactly why I called the experts. Benjamin contacted the manufacturer directly and took care of ordering the necessary parts. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable.

He also recommended flushing the water heater, which is something that should be done annually, and explained everything clearly. I was working from home during the visit, and he was very respectful—texting me only when he needed me and otherwise quietly handling everything in the garage.

What stood out the most was his professionalism and honesty. He walked me through the invoice, explained recommended services, and gave me options without any pressure. When I decided I didn’t need certain services, he respected my decision and moved on—no pushing, no upselling. That alone sets him apart from many contractors.

Trey and his assistant came out and handled the business with no hang ups. This after a great estimate experience. We got one more estimate and decided Tony was the best fit for us. We had a slab leak of the hot water pipe and they played out the options and we went for it. They also replaced our aging water heater while also by Passing the bad slab line going up into the attic and down to the final connection site. They cleaned up and everything was done very sanitary as we used to say back in the day. Like I said. No delays and done right the first time. This was a stressful issue in the house as we went without water for a week. So a process like we had with Tony’s Plumbing was really needed to make us see light at the end of the tunnel. Great job , great employees (Trey and assistant) sorry Treys assistant , I forgot your name and that’s on me! Oh by the way they also did one extra thing for me that’s was super great! Bonus!!

We were very pleased with discount plumbing. Our plumber was on time, very courteous and professional, and got the job done in no time. We will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs.

Danny was very helpful, great explanation and trouble shooting. Very professional and friendly. I love Discount Plumbing, they are always a pleasure to work with.

They ultimately did th right thing. Initially they over charged me by more than $350 and enrolled me in some membership without my knowledge or consent. The people in this office were not helpful and very defensive. They wouldn't take the time to listen to my complaint. Their regional trouble shooter was awesome. If it wasn't for him I would be out that money. It makes me leary of ever using them again.

We called yesterday, because we did not have hot water and today Nicolas came in to help us. He finished everything in a timely manner. He had great customer service and was really nice and helpful! We highly recommend Nicolas if you ever need anyone from Discount Plumbing!

Our water heater broke on a Saturday, we called Discount Plumbing, we were able to have Carlos come out for an estimate. Carlos installed the new water heater, was knowledgeable, courteous and did fantastic work. We highly recommend this business for water heater replacement.

I contacted Discount to install a new flange for a toilet. The plumber was friendly, explained what needed to be done, and scheduled a return date. It was resolved quickly, and at the estimated cost. Thank you!

Super pleased with this company. I was having issues with my sink and dishwasher draining and Kim in the office was able to get a technician out to my house the following day. Lonnie was my technician and he was super informative very quick and super kind.

Came right on time as they said they would. Fixed my problem and left me feeling with a clear mind. Would definitely use them again. Junior and Steven are best technicians.
