I called on a Monday. They set my appointment up for Tuesday between 10 and two to fix what I thought was the thermal coupler on my water heater.. Ken came out told me I had to call the manufacturer if it was under warranty they’d send me the part for free. If not, I will pay for it and they can mail it to me if I need help installing it, once I get the part give them a call back. And he left I asked if they could get the part for me and I could just Purchase from him. He said no. When I called discount plumbing, they said they normally do not work on water heaters. I questioned as to why they sent me up the appointment. When I told them what I thought the problem was. They offered to send another gentleman out to look at the issue. Complete waste of time without having hot water. I have used discount plumbing in the past and had no issues. It’s very sad that they treat women this way

Called Discount Plumbing on 7/17 to have my leaking shower valve replaced and also replace my bathroom faucet. Appointment was set for the next day between 12-2. The technician Lonnie arrived on time, walked me through what needs to be done and provided me with an estimate for the work. The pricing seemed reasonable and he and was able to complete the job in about an hour. After he was all done he walked me through everything and showing nothing was leaking and in perfect working order. Good company with good service.

Bear plumbing service around got me in same day for my kitchen sink job and Junior was so knowledgeable and told us what type of sink stopper food catcher to get! We hired them to come back to install for us! So professional and nice Thank you!

Danny with Discount Plumbing did a wonderful job helping with the issue of turning our hot water off while we were out of town in order not to flood our house due to a dishwasher issue. He helped me understand what the problem was & allowed me to take pictures to show my husband that was away at work.
