They did a great job of fixing my drains. They showed up when they said they would and quickly figured out what was wrong and stayed until the job was done. I would recommend them to any one.

Marcus D was so cool and very knowledgeable we literally talked the whole time super professional and very good at what he does I would hands down call Marcus anytime I have a plumbing issue because I know it will get done right and correctly wouldn’t call anyone else!

Yevgeniey was my tech on Saturday when my water main pipe disconnected and flooded the sidewalk. It ended up being the lesser of evils but he was still out there digging and fixing well after the sun had gone down. Water was restored and he came back Tuesday to check the leak, fill the hole with extra dirt and fix a nicked sprinkler line.

We had an early a.m. emergency and Terry from Roto-Rooter arrived at my mother’s house and fixed the plumbing crisis in a couple of hours. We are so grateful for the service and Terry Moore ‘s skill.

We had 2 urinals that were plugged and not flushing. Thomas came in and jetted out the lines and made the repairs to the urinalysis valve. We use Roto Rooter for all our plumbing needs. They have promt service and take pride in their work.

Phenomenal service from Jonathan. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and the level of professionalism was very impressive I recommend he gets a raise! You don’t want to lose that fine gentleman as an employee, and it was late at night! when another person would very likely be grumpy he approached me with a big smile and positive attitude! I can’t thank Rotor Rooter enough for the incredible service we received. We had a heartbreaking situation where a group of kittens had fallen into a drain. It seemed impossible to get them out safely, but the technician who came out went above and beyond.

Not only did he show up quickly, but he handled the whole rescue with so much care, patience, and determination. He used his equipment in creative ways and worked carefully to make sure every single kitten was pulled out unharmed. You could tell he truly cared about their safety, not just about “getting the job done.”

It’s rare to find someone who combines professional skill with genuine compassion, but that’s exactly what we got. Thanks to him, a bunch of tiny lives were saved, and we are so grateful. Watch out that you don’t get scammed like we did! Roto-Rooter lied and told us we had infrastructure damage. They over charged us for hydro jetting our sewer line. It’s been confirmed by 2 different plumbers that it does not cost $1800 for hydro jetting and camera. They didn’t even show us camera footage. Called another plumber all we needed was a pipe replacement. Do not trust this company!

Thomas was my technician for this visit. He was super professional and friendly. Most importantly his work ethic was amazing. He didn’t give up until my shower and tub was unplugged. He literally saved not just the day but my wallet and the whole year for me. Can’t thank the guy enough.

I watched my diamond earring fall down the shower drain and I turned off the water immediately. I called a different plumbing company before I called Roto-Rooter to which they were unable to retrieve my diamond earring. They pretty much said it was done for plus they didn’t have the tools to do it. I went back on google/yelp and found Roto-Rooter. I asked if they had a specialized camera that was long enough to locate my earring and they said yes and they were able to come the same day. Jonathan came first and he used a vacuum to see if that would suction my earring to the surface but it didn’t work. Brandon came and he brought the camera. Brandon and Jonathan were able to locate my diamond earring which was about 3-4 feet down the pipe!! I was so happy! But now they had to strategize on how they were going retrieve my earring with the least damage (without breaking my walls and digging). They made no promises but they said they would try and try they did! They were at it for hours and THEY DID IT! They got my diamond earring back! It was a crazy! I’m still in shock. I thought I’d lost it forever. Thank you so much Roto-Rooter and special thank you to Jonathan and Brandon for not giving up and giving me my diamond earring back. I’m eternally grateful! Thank you!

So incredibly pleased and impressed with the service we received today!! Christian was our tech and he did an incredible job! He was very knowledgeable and patient with us! Answered all our questions and did it with a huge smile, great vibe and attitude! Not only did he fix our main back out issue, he also gave us tips and tricks on how to avoid this problem again in the future and what went wrong! Christian went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier. This man deserves a promotion, raise, anything!! Brach and the other two technicians were so easy to talk with and were sensitive about my issue. Made me feel so relaxed about my issue. These men really care about their customers and providing quality service. No work was done yet.

We wouldn't have even known where to dig... The got to the break, cleared it, replaced unserviceable line and corrected construction defects

Yevgeniey was very friendly and helpful! I was super stressed about my garbage disposal and he fixed up the blockage I had caused in no time! He didnt make me feel stupid or dumb for not knowing certain things and that meant a lot to me. He showed up fast and was very efficient! If I ever have plumbing issues again I will definitely be a returning customer!

The service tech that came out was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful. The only complaint I have is in talking to dispatch or others at the company making appointments. They couldn’t keep the address or my name correct. It was very frustrating, because they do not have enough septic pump trucks for this area. There’s no excuse a company. This large does not have more service techs.

Jonathan was very thorough. He arrived very quickly and started to work right away. Ask me questions I answered and he got to work and my problems were completed with great professionalism and personalization. His clean up of the area was clean as when he got here and I was very appreciative. Hopefully I won’t need service again but if I did, I would be calling you again thank you so much.

He was a little late because previous job was more difficult than expected but he arrived, got right to work. He was finished in about 15 minutes and all was fine. He was very pleasant, explained why I couldn’t do this myself and cleared everything up perfectly. If I ever need this kind of help in the future I will call roto rooter again.
